The room was clean and adequate for my purposes. Bathroom facilities quite good and the bed was comfortable and spacious. The staff including Manjula, Foo Mee, Reuben and Azrul, were courteous, helpful and friendly.

There was a rail with hangars but no wardrobe. Also no safe. The shower was a square overhead fixed fitting, so there was no flexibility. As for TV, apart from BBC 24-hour World News, the other 3 English language channels were not much good. No movie channel.

We have stayed here several times on route from KL to Penang, it is perfect for us. The hotel facilities are basic but that is what we want. There are food courts near by, the rooms are excellent and the staff are friendly. Car parking is available. We will be back!

The check in time too strict whereby I have requested to check in 1 and half hour earlier but was rejected.

The hotel was near to the various places that I need to get to during the stay

There seemed to be items being moved/dragged around, probably on upper level, quite noisily, as if the martians were building their machines again for another war of the world

Cleanliness was excellent.

I selected to pay cash on arrival ..but my card was already devoted when I had arrived. Being that I normally need to authorise with a code to make payment..which I had not done.

Great for a short staycation. I love everything about the room

No breakfast. No swimmig pool. No gym. Just a recommended place if you wanna stay jusy for a night and go to visit places at ipoh

5 min. walk to Hosp Fatimah where I conduct my business. Very close to post office, shell station, bank, grocery shops and restaurants. Keep up the excellent service.

Recommended by my relative. I dont feel good by looking at the appearance. But once i got inside, everything seems fine. Tv channel even have wah lai toi. So, throughout my whole stay, i didnt get bore. Definitely will recommend to others too.

No extra mineral water for me even i stayed for a week. They still insist to charge for extra mineral water.

We are very satisfied with the service that has been provided to us. The facilities provided are well worth the price offered. The location is very strategic and there are many facilities around the location of the hotel. Thank you for your excellent service to customers.
