the reception staff was helpful and the check-in process is smooth as we are travel from johor and arrived early morning.tired of driving the staff prepared room for us.that made very happy for us.will back again for next time and will recommended for friend and my family.

New hotel. Clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Amenities in good working order. Complimentary basic toiletries Next door is BMC convenience store. Close to decent food options.

Perhaps soundproofing could be better. Guests in room next door making noise all night long. very hard to sleep. And also they must have been smoking, because smoke smell was coming into our room from the bathroom ventilation. Had to ask receptionist to ask them to keep the volume down. Obviously this is maybe more a comment on bad guests, rather than the hotel. But good for the hotel to keep guests in check.

Location is good and plenty of eateries available around the area. Hotel is quite new, with all basic needs covered.

Limited parking space. Only few space available in front & behind the hotel. Also there's no fridge in the room.

The room is very clean and neat.

Actually The bed is neat and clean BUT still I was bite by bedbug. The housekeeper need to sanitize the mattres more frequently.

I liked the washroom the most coz its very clean and up to my expectation. The aircond also very cooling n the bed was very comfortable. Next visit to IPOH surely will come back to your hotel, thanks for the good service

I take buns from my room..but its just nearby a few restaurant which is quite strategic location

may be put some light outside the room because its too dark for a lone female customer. Thanks

So sad can't find a Chinese restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, luckily finally can find one Chinese restaurant next to the hotel but only open at 12.30pm

No slipper provided in the room, and the storage space is not enough

Everything was good but what ease me the most was the tefal iron which safe so much of my ironing time

Its quite hard to get parking because its in mid of the town n thr is few restaurants which make parking usually full

Room cleanliness, helpful staff, cheap yet you get comfortable room to stay the night.
