the bed quite uncomfortable cause we got backpain after sleep for 2 days.

1. Shoplot motel type doesn't come with elevator/lift, not wheelchair or elderly friendly. 2. Can't find the hotel location if type exactly the hotel name at Google Map/Waze, have to search "Lorenzo Ipoh" for closest location. 3. Will need coupon/Park@Perak App for parking.

Cleanliness is good. Housekeeping staff is very helpful & friendly . Location is perfect

Reception staff rude and didn't wanna co-operate

We came here during a long Hari Raya holidays, and sadly the hotels in Ipoh were fully booked, so we had to book this room as a last resort. The room was so small for a supposed deluxe room, with no window and poor sound proofing. We paid RM135 through booking.com, unsure of the walk in price. The TV only has 2 channels (RTM 1, RTM 2). Although booked the room for 2 person, the hotel only provide 1 towel. Luckily the receptionist was kind enough to give us 1 extra towel upon request. The hotel was located at a shop-lot area, above 7 eleven and Subway. There was McDonald's just nearby. Parking lots were limited.

It is near to the town.

The facilities are old, the bed is not comfortable, the basin in washroom is leaking, and there is no noise proof in the room at all, u can hear every little noise outside, including someone talking in the next room.
