Centrally located, historic gold smith building with some good services such as cafe, laundry etc. Its very near to shopping districts, Secure & great for walking around, discovering eateries & more.

I arrived at 7:30pm for checkin but there was not a single person to be found to help. However, when the staff arrived, he was very helpful. Maybe the property needs more staff. Also, I found it odd that the live music bar was completely empty with zero entertainment for the two nights I was there, it seemed eerie when empty but I'm sure its lively when open, just disappointed that it wasn't during my stay as there seemed to be a lot of music history there too.

Room as per described, totally perfect for one pax. Might be a bit compact to perform my prayer but it's okay since I'm alone. Room is clean, towel provided and bedsheet look clean as they should. My second stay here and I'm totally loving it!

For single room, we need to take the iron at the receptionist which was okay for me. However, the quality of the iron could be better. It was not very functioning/low quality. My clothes were still a bit wrinkly after using it...

The room was clean and tidy. Shower equipped with hot water functioning well. The staff was helpful. The stay was good.

There's a signboard of free parking in front of the hotel which only reserved for 4 parking lot. Need to pay coupon to MBSI if parking outside of the reserved parking lot. There's a free parking but located at the back of the hotel.

The room is very clean and I love the towels! The staff are also very friendly. They changed my room to standard room bcs my booked room had an issue, they didn't charge for the upgraded room. The toilet had good water pressure and was very clean also. The environment is also comfortable to sleep at night, no loud noises or distractions. There were convenience store very near and petrol station.

The location can be a bit scary at night, for girls but luckily the parking is just in front of the hotel. No mini fridge provided if you want to keep any drinks/food.

Friendly staff and beautiful decoration at the lobby/entrance. The location is easy to accessed. Located nearby with food stalls and convenience store. Spacious room with clean bed and toilet. Tv and aircond functioning well. Got electrical water boiler, 3in1 sachet drinks, mineral water. toiletries (soap, toothbrushes, shower gel, shower cap), iron and iron board. Tv and aircond also well functioning.

The environment is good, near all shop and resraurant,the room is nice and big.

The sound next door is quite loud, door closing, people talking, baby crying very clear from inside the room on 1st day.luckly im tired doing outdoor activity after 2nd n 3rd day so directly sleep like a dead log.

Value for money. Cleanliness, awesome water pressure & good working aircond. 7-11 few doors away. Parking great. Easy access to food. Room was spacious, sheets were clean. Staff friendly. Will definitely recommend & Will come back again.

There is no fridge. We stayed in King room; there definitely was room for 1 more chair, if the hotel could consider it.

Nothing bad impression abt the stay but a minor issue regarding the toilet it's abit uneasy due to disability room n toilet given n the ram to toilet is abit slippery to walk in out but understand its all due to full occupancy high anyway its not a issue overall

Single small room with single bed with very good price and tiptop facilities. The bathroom was sooo cantik! Feeling luxurious 🌟 TV has many channels. Iron and board attached to the wall. The best!

Coway machine is only available at the lobby in front of the receptionist counter. Need to go down to take water, but still okay though :) If you need late night snacks, there's 7Eleven just next to the hotel.

room was very clean. water pressure in toilet also very good. facilities in room also quite complete except for no small refrigerator. but for its price, it is quite complete. the location depends on your purposes.. for me, to go to sport complex is quite near. only 8 minutes by car

had problem with iron board. maybe it is too old and can be replace
