It was comfortable and good experience, the apartment was clean and the rooms were spacious. The staffs were friendly and helpful.

The guards; the guards were not friendly and have different opinions regarding the swimming attires. We were well informed regarding the pool's restrictions and need to keep eyes on our children inside the pool. So one guard said Yes, another said No regarding swimming shorts that my husband and brothers wore. So it was a bit disturbing since they were going on a round, when one guard said Yes, can enter the pool and another said No, get out from the pool. It was quite irritating at one point and we left. They even said that there will be no more homestays/airbnb afterwards. So for me, why do they need to tell us when we are the customers? It was rude. They should've told that to the home owners then.

need some improvement. Corridor and washing machine area little bit dusty. There is very limited place to hang clothes. Maybe owner can provide space to hang clothes after swimming. Kindly clean the bottom of the sink at kitchen. There so many unnecessary thing in there including pillow. The swimming pool very nice. But the management not switch on the water splash. I ask the guard what time the water splash running. They answer depend on management. Around 3hours i spend at swimming pool, estimate only 30minute the water splash is running.

The unit is very spacious. Water pressure is very good during our stay. The filter water dispenser is a plus point. Can park 2 cars at the car porch as the unit is located at the Ground floor. The host is very responsive and key collection is very simple.

Hope the host can provide dish drying rack and clothes hanging space at the kitchen area.

one access card only for 8 people make it a bit tedious to go in and out from the lobby. host should prepare at least 2 access card.

Stay in July 2024, Ipoh Cove premium suites by verve is a new apartment with great value to stay. The location is superb for those who recommend to have a peaceful environment and best facilities. The apartment is near to the mountain giving a stunning view. The cleanliness is excellent and the amenities provide with the apartment was great. Overall this stay is value for the money. 👍🏻

1. The property team who handled the booking, they were organized and detailed. The checking in and out was very well guided. 2. The property itself was how it was in the pictures, I am not going to snap the interior pictures as there are ample of them on the booking itself 3. Location of the property is strategic , so much of food options available within 5km radius 4. The whole Cove was clean, the pool was exceptional both adults and kids. My kids enjoyed the pool so much, surprisingly the water was warm all the time(morning or afternoon). For me the adults pool was awesome. 5. Parking was close to the lobby. So easy to do loading and unloading when checking in and out. 6. The security personals were polite and humble but they were strict with the house regulations

The dining table and the chairs were a little shaky. But it was manageable.

Self check in, staff are friendly and easy going, unit complete with hairdryer, iron, kitchen stuff, bathrooms are so clean, rooms are clean, they provide a lot of towels, got smart tv, balcony so big, beautiful view early in the morning, surely will repeat again in future staycation

Lack of pillows, thin pillows (can improve), some of plugs cant use, each room got faulty switch/plug, hard to charge phone, swimming pool for kids cant in repairing work, kids a bit sad since our purpose to book for the unit is to use the pool.

The condo is located behind the nature, it is facing the cave and i love the pool, it is look like we are connected with the nature. The house is clean, everything amenities are provided. The host is also very friendly and very fast response. Will absolutely come back for long stay..

They only provide 1 parkir, so please conside your eldest or kiddos or family member should park inside. 2nd car need park outside.

The house is great. Very comfy. I love the kitchen gotta say. Very suitable for a staycation, you get a very functional kitchen hence you can cook in there. Love the beds, how comfy they are. This isn't the first time I checked into Verve's places, so I gotta say, if your host is Verve then you don't have to worry about anything.

It is very spacious, clean and tidy house. Perfect for family with kids. The parking is just really closeby. The owner is helpful, and the check-in is easy and simple. I love the beautiful view from our rooms overlooking the city and mountains. The swimming pool is very unique that includes a small water theme park for children.

I wish the walls of the property were repainted because I could see scribbles and markings. And I hope the owner provides some beverages like coffees or teabags. Other than that, it’s all 10/10.
