The room was spacious, the amenities were just nice, it was clean & really comfortable. Worth for the money.

Their bathing shower, it's actually good in terms of water pressure & the nice hot shower temperature & all but there is 1 problem where the water pressure suddenly high & suddenly low & when this happens the temperature becomes suddenly extremely hot or suddenly cold while all in the same temperature setting. So, you kinda need to wait everytime it either turns cold or extremely hot for it to come to the normal cozy warmth that you set & this changes is quite frequent more like every 30 seconds.

The family room was comfortable and had 2 windows with amazing mountain view .The room had extra sofa to watch TV comfortably while viewing the mountain .The toilet facilities was good too .Hygiene was well kept .

Could have been better if there was lift as there were old parents with me since our room was at second floor .

Overall was good, the staff n facilities... 2nd day, no electricity but the aircond only was working, informed hotel staff, without delay they arrange nxt room for us... N actual check-out was 12pm, due to rushing after convocation, again ask the staff did we can get a extra time for packed up, and the staff giving us extra 1hours, n it really made us happy to fresh-up before head-to seremban.... Thank you so much to travelland hotel staff for smoothing our journey 🤗👍.

If the floor was extra cleaned is better, bcz was sticky a bit n plse add-on room refreshner..

Very clean. Good water pressure. Near to eateries and petrol station. Ample parking space. Near a clinic as well. Very convenient location. Friendly staff. The area felt very safe. A good place to stay. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The flight of stairs could be challenging to those who have knee/leg problems or to those who are very very old.

The single room was overall clean and spacious. Basic necessities were provided. Price was reasonable. Parking also provided. Suitable for solo travellers.

Parking was good as it is on site. Nearby food outlet was convenient, there was a tomyam restaurant, ZUS, Tealive and Starbucks outlet within walking distance.

Maybe they could provide extra pillows as their pillow was too soft and guest may need more than 1.

The location was good - easily accessible. The room was spacious with clean floor, bed & toilet. The highlight is the toilet - very clean , water pressure is good & built very humanly logical. For the first time, I experienced a very humanly logical toilet or else even a 5 star hotel has a very funny toilet arrangement. It's a real value for money & I would highly recommend to anyone. Good job.

Very clean, wonderful staff. Bathroom looked new. Great area for the lost world. Coffee shop very close and food places good.

No Fridge. Sheets were a bit worn and bobbly.

The staff very friendly and good ..the ambience very nice and the location also very strategic located with near restaurant...will repeat again..i also refer the review from others but exactly true ..if stay there lepak santai steamboat near there u should try... everything so nice .
