We feel so lucky to have stayed at this wonderful place, it is truly heaven. The facilities are superior to anywhere we have stayed with real attention to detail and providing a serene atmosphere. Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating. Pomelo was excellent for both breakfast and dinner, with an extensive choice of menu. Jeff’s Cellar was a unique experience in a jaw dropping setting and is a must do! We felt extremely sad to leave here and would love to return.

Nothing we didn’t like… if we have to offer constructive feedback, then it would be the provision of the outdoor speakers at the villas. Some people did play music very loudly which can ruin the tranquility for others.

The location was impressive with limestone cliffs, steamy hot pools and caves where you could take in the natural geological formations. The jungle grounds were lush and well-maintained. A high-rise hospital building next door makes the whole property less isolated than expected but our villa was private and very spacious. There are only 44 villas spread over large grounds so you don't see a lot of other people. The à la carte breakfast at Pomelo Restaurant was quite extensive and it was nice that there was no rush to finish breakfast (open until 11am) . We appreciated the bottle of champagne and note kindly left in our room by management following a disappointment re dining at Jeff's Cellar - it is currently closed for renovations. I had missed this information in the small print - it will re-open in July. The special dinner (seven courses devised by seven individual chefs) is currently being served in a temporary dining space near the reception area. We were beautifully looked after by our waiter Hossain.

The mattress was very firm. Wine list was limited and expensive.

Liked that the amount of activities here weren't overwhelming, it was relaxed and everything was laid out and planned in a way that you could leisurely relax at your pace and such. There's a convenience factor also provided with the butler service and buggy which was pretty fuss free and extremely attentive and efficient which I appreciated. The facilities and amenities were nice, well maintained and it did have comfort in mind.

Jeff's Cellar was my only issue. It isn't befitting a fine dining establishment. The aircond in the room wasnt working well and the room service closed at 10pm which given the area was a bit tricky for any late night snacking/supper.

Everything, literally, physically everything was perfect. Staff were friendly and knows their stuffs. Room service were on time and on point. Buggy saves us everywhere we need to travel. Complimentary gifts (honeymoon cake, swans deco, dinner cake, Tambun biscuits) were splendid. Caught us off guard. Facilities were great. Clean and very soothing for the body. Free entrance ticket to Lost World of Tambun is one of the highlight. Jeff Cellar's fine dining meal simply delicious and top class. The staffs were accommodating and took time to take us on a tour. Not forgetting the private pool & hot geothermal spot within our villa. Breakfast spread was varied and delicious and fresh. Staffs made sure our meals was served fresh & hot. Those serving us that day were making sure we had the best breakfast.

Sparkling water was chargeable during Jeff Cellar's dinner without being made known to us. At the end of our stay, the receptionist made sure our comment reach Jeff Cellar's staff. It did. Within minutes. Balan, one of the staff attended to us and suggested that our drinks are waived off. True honesty and transparency from your team at Banjaran Hotspring.

From check-in to check-out, every aspect of our stay was handled with exceptional professionalism by your team. We truly appreciated the resort's serene, clean environment and your commitment to preserving nature—it made a lasting impression. Breakfast at Pomelo Restaurant was a highlight. The variety offered was impressive, and the fresh vegetables and fruit juices were an excellent touch—both healthy and refreshing. It was a wonderful way to start each day. My husband and I were able to fully disconnect from our busy work lives and immerse ourselves in the tranquility your resort offers. It was exactly the kind of escape we needed.

The only areas for improvement were the low water pressure in the shower and the mattress, which we found to be too firm for our comfort. We hope these can be addressed for an even better experience during our next stay.

clean and very relaxing, with special hotspring experience and cave exploring

during initial arrival from guard house i was asked to go to parking lot, then self carry the lugguage till the front door but no one is there to guide. We have to turn and find the lobby upto reception ourself, which is the only negative impression during this stay. I believe if there is a communication between the guardhouse and the front desk, then it will be better. Otherwise, our stay in banjaran is exceptional with the awesome service. Thank you.

This place met and exceeded my expectations. They fit us into the spa last minute for some wonderful massages, provided little bonuses on arrival (drinks in the room, chocolates, and afternoon tea service) and even a gift upon departure. The bed was comfortable, the pools were clean and in immaculate condition, no detail is overlooked here. I was given the chance to bid for an upgrade and received a garden villa which was huge, I LOVED it! I would 100% go back if I could.

Unfortunately for me, we only had 2 days and I got very ill. I spent most of the time being sick in my beautiful bathroom. The staff brought me anything I requested (ie. bread to try to keep down) and offered their clinic services, but I missed most of everything I had actually paid for.

It is a beautiful place surrounded by a lush garden. The place is very peaceful as a retreat should be. The staff is very nice and polite. Our lake villa was specious and very comfortable. The food is very high quality. The fine dining restaurant Jeff's cellar which is located in a cave is amazing and its location unique making it a memorable experience. The tasting menu was a treat to the palate! All in all, a fantastic hotel.

Nothing about the hotel. It's just that when I asked for a change of dates in booking.com, it was refused by the hotel because it was a cheaper rate. At the end, we agreed to pay the initial rate and not the discounted one. I wouldn't say it is good business practice.

Nestled away from the hustle and bustle, set against the natural beauty of the limestone mountains, the entire property exudes an aura of peace. Exceptional service & staff aside, there are so many facilities to love about this hotel: the hot dipping pods, fish spa, natural sauna room, crystal caves, meditation room & free ice cream. The older persons in our party enjoyed the personal swimming pool and hot tub in the villa. The parting gift from the hotel was also a nice surprise.

There is honestly nothing to dislike. My only regret is that we could not extend our stay as our plane tickets were already booked.

The breakfast is excellent. Most of the dishes are order to cook. There're plenty of choices, from eastern to western style and fresh juice. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We, the whole family, enjoyed our breakfast. The steam cave, the meditation cave, the crystal cave, the dr. fish, and the hot springs next to the lake. We stayed at the hotel 2 nights and didn't go out. Too many things to do inside the retreat. We'll attend the yoga and spend more time in the meditation cave next time.

The mosquitos. Other than that, everything is great.
