1) The unit was clean and spacious. The unit provides basic kitchen utensils, electrical kettle (was broken but replaced immediately), microwave, toiletries, bath towel, Wi-Fi, washing machine. 2) Unit at high level so can see the view of Lost World and the night safari performance from the balcony. 3) Level 5 equipped with infinity swimming pool, onsen, big gym room and resting area. Inside the toilet also have sauna.

1) The parking card was not sensitive even the car window already wind down. 2) The swing chair at the balcony a bit dirty. 3) Don’t really have space to dry clothes after wash. Water splash when rain if hang at the balcony. 4) Very limited power socket. Example: Only 1 socket in the room and only 1 socket at the living room. 5) Only 1 door/lift access card given so is inconvenient some group need to go out and some group need to go Level 5 at the same time.

I'm very impressed with the unit allocated to us, it equipped with a 2 in 1 washing machine (washer + dryer) We found this was very convenient for me and my team that's travel for business trip. Beside this unit also provide high speed WiFi access during our stay. Very good job💪👍

Each unit provided with 2 car park lots, during check in, the security guard CLEARLY show you what is your parking bay number and it located at what level. There are still some lousy tenant parked their car inside your parking lot!!! Extra job and time wasted for us to take photo then report to the guard on duty and wait for them to remove their car, before we can park our car in.

Very nice place and location suitable for family if they want to spend time at lost world , the appartment was very clean and tidy provided with most of the family requirements, staff was very friendly and honest . Highly recommended Check in and check out was very well organised and run very smooth and fast , all details was sent earlier before arriving

Unfortunately the mattress of the master room was not very comfortable

The customer service was very responsive, and the refund for the deposit was processed within 24 hours. The view of Lost World Tambun was spectacular, and the washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The only inconvenience was that there was only one parking access card provided, despite there being two parking spots. I hope the owner can provide a second access card in the future.

The location is thoughtfully situated away from the hustle and bustle of busy traffic, providing a serene and tranquil environment while still ensuring convenient access to a variety of nearby dining establishments. The facilities, particularly the swimming pools, are impeccably maintained, offering a safe and enjoyable experience that caters to the needs of both children and adults, making it an ideal retreat for families and leisure seekers alike.

Cozy rooms.. Requirement were met . Small kitchen for heating water n making your coffee. The view from Master bedroom and hall was lovely, looking out to the Lost world of Tambun.

Need more toilet rolls. Hand soap at the basin in the toilet. These are not serious matters but would compliment the rest . Getting the mailbox opened was a bit of a problem for senior ladies because the numbers on the lock were minute.

Clean unit, well equipped with the plate/bowl, spoon/fork. Spacious parking. Balcony can view to the lost world tambun. In case u missed the night show, u can actually view their fire show fr the balcony.

Slightly confused where to park the car when reach the place as there are residents parking, visitors parking and also open space parking in front the lobby(instruction was park at overnight parking). Wire below TV is exposed, hazard for family that bring small kid (1 yr 6month) like me, they tend to go play with it. Location from the map looks next by to tambun lost world seems like can direct access but actually cannot, car stil need to go out to main road make 1 round back to the park.

It is clean with plenty of parking. Not too far from Ipoh city centre. Only around 20 mins by car.

The checking process. One has to be reasonably IT savvy to be able to check in expeditiously The checking in instructions should be sent out the day before arrival. I received mine when I was on the road. So I was not prepared when I arrived at the property. It took me a while to sort the check in process out after a long day on the road. Must improve this process.

Near tambun water world..very easy and the house is very comfortable,I like the setup,towel and linen is clean,and the prepared as well the tooth brush and shower gel..overall recommended very much ..keep and maintain the service!!👍👍

Improve the system parking,make the security more aware regarding the homestay parking,during the stay we got issues with the security,no endorsement within security regarding the visitor pass entry,they restricted us to park at the unit parking,and giving the rental hard time,explain again and again,for better in the future,security system must be more aware and they should endorsed as well to next shift regards any changes or pass for visitor.

it was a unique process to collect the keys, but since we are not from Malaysia we believed it was just not something we were used to. Regardless, we thought it was extremely secure, safe, and comfortable to stay here.

there was nothing we can do about it given the main attraction for this resort but we found it hard to sleep when the concert was going on in the pool .
