Location was very near to Lost World of Tambun as it was just a 3 minute drive from the hotel. Close proximity to other places like Johan seafood restaurant and Petronas. We went for our wedding anniversary and had requested for simple decorations but they went above and beyond for our room. Not only did they decorated the bed with flowers and towel swans but they had also prepared the room just as we were about to check in with the aircon and lights already on. Staff was friendly and helps with information about the area. They even feed stray cats around the hotel area which is very nice and thoughtful of them. If there is a small black kitten meowing at the front door, its them greeting you. 5/5 will stay again

The hotel overall is comfortable, the room is clean, and the staff are friendly. Although the parking is paid, it's okay because it's right in front of or close to the hotel. Easy to find places to eat, next to a TF value mart and close to Lost World of Tambun.

the location is strategic for me. comfort bed, just a small room but comfortable for me as solo traveller.

the shower heater I guess not functioning well? cuz i need to make it till maximum, then only i feel the heat,but still just like a lukewarm water 😂. but thats okay.

The hotel was clean & quiet. The toilet also clean, got water heater with strong water pressure Love got 2queen bed in 1 family room But the space in the family room was limited We need to adjust bed to have some space to pray

Only 1 plug in the room My suggestion to add on more plug esp in the family room Add on mirror at make up table

Everything is good especially for facilities and location. It is suitable if you want to stay here temporarily to holiday.

You can hear people's voice from other rooms if you stay outside your room. The room is quite narrow to pray (muslim), only one person can pray at a time.

location nearby restaurant n lost world. Room are comfortable and just nice. worth the money paid. Water dispenser and tea are provided near lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Room a bit dusty and the toilet cleanliness can be improved.

Very close proximity to where we needed to go (Tambun lost world, my sister’s place in Alpine Village). Big family room with two double beds, comfortable to sleep 4 of us for a steal.

No free parking. Need to pay coupon parking, which is hard to get if you’re not from Ipoh. But as for us, we went on public holiday so didn’t have to pay for parking.

Friendly staff and the place is very clean. Easy access to mamak shop and 99 at a walking distance. Hotel rooms comes with smart tv which you can watch YouTube and also Netflix. Definitely will come again!♥️

The electrical products in room, all are good quality products. Cosy n comfortable rooms. Many TV channels. For 1 star, the facilities is good.

Foul smell from shower drainage. Thin wall.
