Location is unique with simple accommodation yet comfortable with chalet style arrangement. The adventure package such as the flying fox, caving and hiking use the natural landscape in the area and will certainly spice up the holiday.

The price during the merdeka day was outrageous. We went ahead for the lack of option. The adventure package is paid separately which is fine but the room rate was not appropriate. Let’s just say, one can find a better priced room and still enjoy those adventure package somewhere else. No night activities for a camp-like setup which is disappointing. They can do a fire place for a BBQ just to hang out with friends and family.

One of the best experiences in Ipoh. Very calm, insta-worthy and clean. Rooms are extremely clean and the location is just awesome. We were 4 adults and 3 kids, so the big rooms with view are great for us. Great ambience. The location is great, not far from ipoh. They offered few activities but we didn't take any - just came here for relaxing and chilling. They offered free breakfast- serve in front of the rooms. Perfect, i would say.

The bathroom is quite see-through- not suitable for friends or even for family with kids. Our check-in process is a little slow too, since they have issue with printer (if i'm not mistaken). Maybe u can offer to check in first, and send the receipt/ etc later so the customer didn't have to wait. oh, and the telephone line is quite slow, as you're basically near the cave.

the place is great, your stay will be surrounded by mountain and that gives you the immersive feeling of staying in the countryside. very quiet, is a great getaway

honestly, i wish they do something bout the flies... they are everywhere... and it would be nice if your flying fox would be longer or somewhere not where we stay.

Breakfast was basic; nasi lemak and toast. Sufficiently served and immediately top up whenever required. Location wise was interesting but may not be for some people who are scared of height. Overall its good.

Some of the games provided not available like carrom and some bicycles not well maintain.

A very beautiful and relaxing environment surrounded by limestone hills. There is even a cave within the compound named 6 Miles Tunnel where you can sign up for the cave adventure. The buffet breakfast spread though simple like been hoon, noodle and eggs was good. I love especially the fried rice and chicken served during one of the mornings. The staff were friendly and cheerful.

The staff are friendly. They provided breakfast which is okay for me , as long as I don't need to wake up super early to eat. Beds are good, very spacious. The environment was nice and quiet. Ample parking space.

I don't like the toilet, the walls/picture glass are a bit see through. Aircon was not very cold, but I'm fine with it. My sis felt it's not cold enough. It depends on individual's preferences. It'll be great if we can have breakfast options i.e. western or local. Lighting was not bright enough.

I love the environment . The view is really fabulous . Spacious room . A lot of activities inside the staycation itself . Friendly staff .

Ants in the room . Don't know come from where but they eat the foods even it closed properly . So be sure to bring the pest repellent along if you decided to stay here .

The aircond is a bit too hot for my liking. Maybe it's just the Ipoh weather but wish it can cooldown a lot faster.

Staff was very friendly, polite and responded to our needs quickly.

Wi-Fi could have been improved because all cellular network signals are not available. Jacuzzi could not be filled with hot water because only one water heater of 80L was installed. Usually in such situations 4 such water heaters are installed to ensure the whole jacuzzi can be filled with hot /warm water. Nevertheless it's a great place to visit.

Liked the surroundings. Liked the dining treetop area. Room had all we need including kettle, good shower.

We chose the bigger room thinking it would be more special and have bigger space, but I'm not sure if it was worth the price for us.
