The location of the hotel is in an area that is not very crowded. Parking is always available in front of the hotel but payable to the municipal council during office hours. Download the Perak parking app to facilitate parking payment. The room itself was quite clean and not too big nor too small. Everything was in working order and the view is either the front of the hotel or the back of the hotel. There is a vending machine in the lobby for drinks.

My room was facing the back of the hotel where there was a building across it. There was no elevator so guests will need to use the stairs. Rooms start from the first floor upwards.

Convenient, as it is close-by to working area. Room is ok, not too bad, though bed is bit soft. Water dispenser is provided and can refill own water, environment friendly approach. Wifi connection is good in room as well, though bit slow.

Food location-need to walk about 1000m, driving required. Not all water dispenser is in good condition, need to refill at lobby.

Breakfast for me was no issue, because I drive and eat outside. Receptionist was so Excellent, love her so much. Room clean and tidy, very satisfied. Got water dispenser for refill water, nice. Overall, good value on stay.

Pls take note on the air-corn is not cold, maybe need to service or apply 1.5 host power for the room. The bath room tiles is slip surface, easy to slip when take shower.

Price wise, definitely worth it. Beds and pillows are comfy. Have coffee table (very rare for budget hotels).

Towels are dirty. Cigarette smell come out from exhaust fan in toilet. Sound proofing should be improved because hotel is located next to main road.

The bed and the pillow was very good quality. Staffs are also friendly. Met with some problem while checking in but they settled it for us. Really valuable and clean. The cleanliness is up above expected as a budget hotel. Location also ok, we just park in front of the hotel. I must say this again, the bed quality is superb.

The shower is a bit old and loud noise to be honest. The door stopper was also faulty, could be dangerous if one didnt be careful of the nails that act as the stopper, one might get hurt.

The staff ( counter) very helpful, she paid my parking fee thru the App which I find is troublesome!

There should have place to hang our clothes in the room not just in the toilet. No clothes hangers to hang our clothes.

Very nice customer services, easy parking, check in/out smooth, good room, have water dispenser, overall super good. Personally ask for twin bed and i got it. Great!

No lift huhu 2nd floor, iron board outside the room and not funtioning very well and need to share with other guest .. Need more soap... ONly 1 in my room...

The hotel is about 12 min away from Ipoh downtown. Very well maintained (the towel, bedsheet, toilets are clean and no stain). The pillow and bed are pretty comfortable too. Kudos to the staffs (they are very polite and demonstrate good hospitality/customer service). Easy parking too.

The only downside is the overall room size. I got a standard queen size bedroom. Can comfortably fit only 1 ppl. If 2 ppl with luggages, it will be kinda congested.

The room is very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is very clean. I am indeed very surprised with the cleanines of the room. Would recommend tourist to stay at this hotel. It's value for money.

There's no hairdryer, kettle to boil water and cups and glasses to drink water or coffee.
