Worth the money

Pictures are real, but place locks a lot more basic in reality. It's ok and worth the money but far from spotless. There's no staff at the place, there is no laundry, it's only 2 km to the railway station but uncomfortable to walk. However thumbs up. For 9 EUR i would pick it again.

Great location and the owners communicated very clearly how to get the keys and check in. Room was a good size.

The bathroom was inside the bedroom which wasn’t ideal. Also lots of smoke would come into the room from people smoking outside.

staff was very responsive upon my last minute booking. he promptly text me via my phone to facilitate me regarding the check in. process of transferring back the money for deposit was easy too.

the parking around the block were quite full during daytime/check in time due to nearby shop lots and restaurant. Expecting bit more on the room but frankly it is quite reasonable for the price i paid.

Very nice and spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice private bathroom with hot shower. Large window. Kettle for hot beverages and supply of fresh drinking water. Very quiet.

The check-in process was a bit complicated for me. They asked to pay deposit via local app or local bank transfer. But it turned out that foreigners do not have to pay it. It would be nice if they check if the person is foreigner and do not ask them for deposit.

The facilities are complete with laundry, co-working space and gaming room.

The room is a little small and compact. Size would be no issue if the design is thoughtful and if space usage is efficient though.

Good value for money, the room was good- big bed and en suite. Also water cooler in communal space where we could fill our water bottles and also use hot water for coffee.

Walls were quite thin so could hear people outside a lot of the time.

no staff anywhere and the whatsapp person was quite rude when we asked if there was anywhere to leave our belongings before check in quite noisy

The room was great, never saw any staff except for the young man cleaning the rooms. Room was well appointed with toothbrush, packets of coffee and water.

some rooms are small and the bathroom is partitioned from the room the ventilation is not that good.

is within walking distance of the Ming Yue bakery shop which i plan to buy moon cake. and convenient for food.
