The location was good, within 15 minutes of walking we were in Ipoh Old Town. It seems to be VERY safe, for access to the appartment you need a key card to get into the building (you need to use it at 4 doors and also the elevator) and then you still need two keys to get into the appartment. The WiFi was very good and the host was really helpful (over whatsapp). He replied within minutes for every silly question we had when we were not able to get something to work. He also made the check-in very easy and it all worked out fast and well. You have everything you need for a few days stay here and it is very spaceous and comfortable!

The facilities were partly broken, but nothing that was really important, like the bathroom shelfes and a framed picture on the wall for example. The kitchen was not very well equipped, if you want to cook your own food there, that will be a real challenge! For some coffee and maybe some cereal it is fine though.

The location is strategic and serene, got a great view of Ipoh. The beds even the sofa bed are comfortable. The whole unit is clean and cozy. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are on Ipoh.

Fans in dining and living room are noisy but not a big problem as air cond is provided too.

Near to night market, food and shopping. Nice view of the area from the property. Safe for parking car. Bathrooms have rain shower.

I can't access the fitness center with my access cards. Didn't receive answer for my query about the access. The common bathroom shower head kept leaking. Some of the bathroom fixtures are falling apart.

The check in process was very easy and the host provided clear instructions. The building is in a really good location, close to restaurants, markets and street art. The apartment was a good size for three people and had everything we needed.

The decor looks a bit dated and could do with a revamp. Otherwise, great apartment.

House is clean, location convenient, comfy to stay

Beginning air cond not functioning at living room, host make necessary compensation, and it was working at night after fixed. Lift need to wait very long and lift area very stuffy

The rooms were clean and excellent. The location is superb.

The bathroom cabinet needs fixing. The ceilings should be fixed for the noises there are making

Everything was good. Easy process to check in and check out since instructions are very clear and easy to understand. Comfortable and facilities all good.

Maybe can do something about the shower head in the master bedroom bcs it leaking, spurting water so much and maybe can cause water heater to trip.

The house was clean and spacious with good security level. Accomodate with basic amenities. Two large bed was included in the house and 1 sofa that can be use for sleeping also. Instruction given for check in and check out also was super clear and home owner was so friendly.

The location was a little quiet and not a lot of shop option during night time.

Easy access and convenient for family trip
