1. The host able to assist us during the check in which is very nice of her. 2. The location is strategic and it's in the town center 3. This stay provide free parking 4. All toiletary are provided which is fantastic.

1. Because it's in the town center, there are lots of motorist like to ride their bike with loud exhaust and causing disturbing noise in the middle of the night. This isn't the fault of the owner. 2. There are swallows house near by the unit. To attract swallows to setup net, the swallows owners setup loud speaker early morning to attract these birds. Try to imagine if you stay 20th floor and every morning waken by these fake swallows noise. Hahahhaha 3. The mattress is not comfortable and so does the pillow. Even they provided lots of pillows for you to choose from but those are not quality pillow. I really hope the owner can get a better mattresses and pillow for customer.

Aunty Ann is a great host, easy to communicate with and provides clear check-in instructions and places to visit and eat. The location is near to many eateries. I could walk to most places and it's also very affordable to take a Grab (similar to Uber). The apartment is on a high floor and you can see the mountains and street level activities. The WiFi works well too.

Our host Aunty Ann was friendly and accommodating. She personally met us at the apartment to pass the keys and direct us to the indoor car park. Even without this personal touch, the detailed instructions and pictures provided by her should be enough to get the keys. The apartment was well furnished. There is filtered drinking water installed in the apartment, so no need to buy bottled water. If that isn't enough, you can boil the filtered water for consumption. The place is clean, spacious and has a nice view from the balcony. The apartment is at a nice location within walking distance to many good eating places in Ipoh as well. All in all, a very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend to others.

Aunty Ann was very kind to leave a basket of snacks including instant noodles. The washing machine came in handy during my stay. I didn't use the kitchen facilities but there are sauces, plates etc so one could do some cooking if needed. There's good security as one needs to tap in with a key card to the building, and to the floor that you're staying in.

Walking distance to shops and eating places. Beds, pillows and sofa were very comfortable. Strong water pressure in bathrooms. Nice touch in providing cups for brushing teeth, hand towels and extra pillows.

Would be good to have a shelf in en suite for toiletries.

Good location, near to many good food Ave places of interest. They provide washing powder.

The shower facility n the toilet is not functioning well. The rain shower and shower head both turn on at the same time.

The location is close to Old Town and many of the "must visit" restaurants and streets. A few small marts within walking distance. The unit is basic but has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nice touches include snacks on the table and the supply of washing powder for the washing machine. The view of the mountains is fantastic. Pool is lovely.

The men didn't like having to wear tight bather bottoms/jammers to use the pool

Auntie Ann is a superb host. She left clear instructions for us from A to Z, which made checking in and out an easy process. The place was clean and well kept, except for one minor issue which I have highlighted below. The refundable deposit was returned in good time on the same day of departure. Thank you Auntie Ann for hosting us.

One of the hot water showers has some water leakage issue. As such, we do not feel comfortable to switch on the water heater due to safety concerns. Nevertheless there was a second washroom with another water heater which we could use.

Ann was great! She gave us very clear and detailed instructions for key collection. Unit was clean and tidy. Location was good.

The toilet door in the master bedroom is not secured tightly. Got knocking sound when wind blows.
