The room looks clean and neat. I did not eat breakfast in Seemsoon Hotel,Ipoh. I hope the hotel management can provide buffet breakfast in the future to attract more clients . The exterior of Seemsoon Hotel, Ipoh need to be improved to make it look more appealing to those who want to book the hotel especially travellers who intend to check in moderate budget hotel.

To check in earlier than the usual check in time can be a problem. I hope the hotel management can help clients who need to check in earlier due to some work / social commitment . Few of the hotel rooms can be reserved for this purpose .

Location of hotel is near to the old town area, room is spacious enough for 2 pax and parking area are suffice for most of customers even during peak season. Staffs are helpful and there is a water dispenser available at Ground Floor for us to refill water without needing to use more plastic bottle.

The cleanliness of pillow sheet can be improved as mine has some black dot on one side. Room condition will be better without the old fashioned carpet flooring (some area are sticky and causing the room to have bad odour), or just improve the ventilation. Anyway, the rooms are worthy of the price paid but there are still rooms for improvements.

The room is spacious. Definitely enough room for change or praying. The air conditioner works fine, the heater works fine too. The check in and check out process is smooth. Its also located near to lots of attractions. Few minutes by driving.

Not dislike. but its a bit inconvenience for parking since we were there during public holiday. So expect limited parking space. You have to park outside the hotel.

We like the location and the view, plenty of parking space.

We booked the king bed room but during the check in the staff told us they only left with 2 single beds room. It is disapointing.

Easy parking n feel quite secure...location is near to the town very convenient place

the light in the toilet not bright,furniture quite old..the floor not so clean..the floor tower not so clean.hope to improve😊

2nd time here, as always ALL GOOD. Even 2star hotel but like 4star hotel. Staff so friendly, everyday do housekeeping without failed. The room was so spacious. Love love love. Definitely will check in here everytime at ipoh.

Convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, the room was great, and suited our needs perfectly, and we had a fantastic view from our 5th floor overlooking the city.

(Only a cosmetic suggestion, the heavily stained carpet in the hallway could do with some updating, changing this could give a much fresher impression )

Location is good Room was comfortable and homely Shower and water pressure very good. Front office , house keeping ,and maintenance very helpful and friendly

Internet gets disconnected often.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel central to places of interest. The reception staffs were particularly helpful.

Breakfast, the cooked food were not kept warm. Had to ask for some of the dishes when it ran out

Value for money, have hotel parking. Staff very polite.

Bath room wall and floor need good cleaning. Water and soap mark everywhere. No convenient shop or restaurant nearby walking distance.
