Nice place to stay for those looking for short stay especially for working people / outstation. Value for money but a bit difficult to find a food stall / restaurant nearby to the hotel area.

Probably need to provide a sandal inside the room because the floor is quite cold especially for elderly. Overall is good and spacious room.

Staff very nice and friendly! Love her a lot! We asked to change room and she approved it right away! It was great!

The google map direction were confusing and the path along was bad because it was a dirt road. So need to take a further way to get to the hotel

The room is spacious and clean . Housekeeping did a good job. Location for finding food is excellent. Many coffeshops just walking distance away.

The towel need to change already turned yellowish color.

The stay was nice and the location of the hotel is also strategic as it located not too far from other attraction places in Ipoh. And also, the hotel is near to the town so you don’t have to worry of getting food for the late night supper. For me, it was 10/10

Large clean room. Cold AC. Good water pressure. Bottled Water provided and water dispenser also available in lobby. Private hotel carpark available though unpaved. Located right opposite Tasik Cermin. Lift available.

Perhaps the private carpark area could be paved better.

The room is big and with mini bar. You can find few restaurants just in walking distance.

Water pressure too low. Safety box spoiled.

Its very strategic place to get all things,breakfast.so far everything so good m

Value for money. It comes as a really pleasant surprise to me that this hotel is located just in front of Tasik Cermin.

The staff at the reception doesn’t even bother to pick up the phone if you have any question.
