Spacious Room and the cleanliness. Bed and Bathroom was super comfy.

The water temperature and the Location . It was too dark, the way to the hotel was dark. Could have give some lighting. The water filter was not working. There were some random people sitting outside the hotel, making me feel so insecure to get down from the car in darkness.

Clean room & toilet; comfy pillows and bed, and good WiFi. Have a water dispenser which is excellent. No facilities provided as the message received when u booked but it's fine given the price, comfort and cleanliness.Recommneded for solo traveler or for business trip. Free and many parking.

The surrounding location leading to this place is dark and inn below is a bar/club place at midnight. Doesn't feel safe with people loitering and chatting outside until wee hours and revving their cars. Lastly able to hear door open/close from nex room and people walking sound especially at stairs due to weak sound-proofing.

Cute and cosy room, well decorated and designed! Convenient for those who need a space to sleep. Easy check-in/check-out process.

Response was slightly delayed from owners/PICs. Lighting is a main issue for me - from the exterior of the building (feels unsafe); to the room - there needs to be a curtain or some covering for the door as well, as light is able to go through into the room (quite bright) and we can't turn the outside light off. A bit hard to sleep. Normal ceiling lights is also very bright and a bit too strong on the eyes.

very comfortable .. self check in-out really good. location superb . best destinantion for chinese friends because located at popular coffeeshop & restaurant in Ipoh . Bed,pillow,shower are excellent . Very clean

tv channel & wifi still under installation . can nego with this as a new hotel .

The room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Good water pressure. Ample parking space with no charge. The area was quite & calm, but very near to shopping mall & Ipoh town.

Water heater was not working well, makes me shivers during taking bath. Hope management can fix it ASAP.

- parking place bit confuse, but after one round you will be able to find out where to park - there are construction site in between the building, and environemnt bit scary if you not familiar with this place.

I really loved the ambience of this hotel...so quiet and another important thing,I left my phone when I checked out and I noticed only after two days..Guess what,when I messaged them,they immediately respondes and they kept my phone safely...Oh my god,thank you so much for that..Very honest..The best..

Maybe the staff that reply my Whatsapp. I don't really feel the friendliness when she/he answer my whatsapp. Also if can please change the checkout time to 12pm instead of 11am
