The room was really clean, bed very comfy, the place was very chill and relax, staffs were nice too, we like it very much and felt very happy and relaxed. Will visit again if come to Ipoh next time.

There was no welcome cake in the room as advertised. The breakfast and hi tea quality needs to be improved. They didn't look like the advertisement videos they put on TV, they looked quite cheap and bland. Most of the food in breakfast are processed food and cold. They don't refill them when the food got empty, we waited for a long time but they just left it stay empty. The hi tea didn't serve much things. A lot of jar cookies, some cold bread too hard to bite, some seemed like leftovers from breakfast. Food quality is always the problem for all the fancy hotels I've stayed so far. Just so you know, you almost got 10, please keep improving to maintain your hotel standard. 👍🏻

Love the kind gesture of staff throughout of the stay. I don't see single red flag. Foods are good to the price paid. They had complimentary high tea once we reach at checking in time. It was so good and wonderful feelings when you just tiredly reach after travel. Such a good thoughtful things 💝 Room for triple bed is slightly small for 2 adults with 2 below age 10 children but we feel ok with it. As we do travel around town most of day hours. Plenty of food options around the hotel too 🍲 Overall it is very pleasant, peaceful and lovely experience stay. I definitely will recommend and return to this hotel without doubt 💕

However, I would like to share a couple of suggestions that might help enhance the experience for Muslim guests: 1. Room Lighting – The main lighting in the room was quite dim and yellow-toned. It would be great if the hotel could consider providing at least one bright white light, perhaps at the work desk or reading corner. This would really help for tasks such as reading, working, or praying. 2. Prayer Mat (Sejadah) – As many Muslim guests stay at your property, it would be thoughtful and convenient to include a prayer mat in the room, just like towels or tea sets. This small gesture would go a long way in making Muslim guests feel more comfortable during their stay.

This place really exceed my expectation with their service and facilities. They offer a buggy from a very short parking place from the hotel. The service given from their staff is exceptionally good and friendly. The breakfast given also exceed my expectation for its price and service. If you guys are looking for a short getaway in Perak, please give this place a chance and trust me that you wont regret the decision! also we were given a complimentary small cake which the taste are unexpectedly good.

Everything was great but I just hope that the room could be a little bit spacious. very minimum space to walk but not really a big issue since I only travel with my wife (2 pax).

The breakfast options are very limited and insufficient, and there is no minibar in the room to cool drinks or food. You cannot sit in the hotel’s outdoor area without ordering a drink or food, with the restaurant service continuously causing inconvenience and keep asking you to order something. But the hotel manager kindly sorted out this problem once complained

Almost everything. Food,toiletries,the room. I dont know about other hotels room but I love they put fan there. I dont like cold temperature during night so I just switch off the A/C and turn on the fan. Its superb! The food all is delicious! They give us desert Signature during Hi-Tea and it wassss soo delicious! The staff are all nice! During check out my car's tire is flatten. So the staff quickly solve the problem. ぜんぶすばらしい！！

too bad the room is not soundproof. It is family room but the space is not quite big. Food is good but dont have many varieties. The place location is quite hideous. And also parking is not too many.

I love the bedrooms and the spaciousness of the suite which is suitable for 5 adults. The breakfast was good although not many choices. Love how you still offer to give us complimentary hi-tea although we arrived quite late, that was an added bonus to our stay.

One of the wall in the room has got water stains that seeps in from the window, another room's plaster ceiling has got water marks and the door need to be treated as there are a white powdery coating on it. There are not enough towels for 5 pax, even though the room accommodates 6 pax.

Overall the air ventilation was good because of air conditioner & fan in the room. Basic toiletries are satisfactory. TV screen condition was working. Hair dryer in Room 1107 was fantastic! Free cake as welcome door gift in the room was big surprise & delicious too!

I booked 2 rooms. Room 1107 condition is better than Room 1110. My partner in Room 1110 complained about his bed in Room 1110 seems (near to air conditioner) got bed bugs. One of pillow covers in Room 1107 has old and faded staines. It's time to change to new cover. Safe Deposit in Room 1107 spoiled.

I like the room interior.have everything that i need such as iron board, amenities, bath tub,coffee maker, robe and slipper. The breakfast menu are pretty decent.masa pegi tu not have nasi lemak,im dissapointed.the staffs good in helping, well manners. Got complimentary hi-tea that am not expected.thank you.

The road is bumpy.the location quite far from city buttttttt in 100 meters in front have many restaurants n cafes.

We booked for 2 duplex room for business suites … starting from the check in, the process is smooth and the receptionist staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The elevator takes us to first floor where we were impressed by the decoration and design along the way to our room, we felt like we were inside the palace. The room was very beautiful, from the kitchen to the living room, bedrooms and bathroom. Everything that was inside the room left us speechless. The receptionist also accommodating our request for late check out and we felt very grateful for that. Also you’re entitled for complimentary high tea at their japanese cafe upon checked in. We had a buffet breakfast at their another restaurant, Cawanmu. The food tasted good but the portion is inadequate .

Breakfast service could be improved much more better. Breakfast starts at 7:30am to 1030am, imagine at 9am the food only left very few, and it takes forever for them to refill. When you ask, they will keep on saying please wait for a while…… When they refill, the portion only for 1-2 persons…
