Its a great stay with my family. The room was good, clean but the mattress was a bit slouched. The staff was nice. Breakfast was good too & the kitchen staff always top up the food. We also ordered the room service and the food was good, the price was affordable (RM18-RM35 for heavy meal). The location was good and very convenient (many restaurants/stalls, nearby also have econsave, family mart & watson). Besides, can go to Ipoh for other attractions in 30-40 mins drive. Plus point, the surrounding here was calm, full of green trees, feels very refreshing.

Should've put the air blower at the swimming pool area.

Location - hard to miss. Surrounded by countless restaurants and mini-marts pretty much at its doorstep. Coin laundromats opposite the hotel. Good base for exploring the Kinta Valley. Facilities - rooms larger than expected. Clean, comfortable, good air cond and good hot shower if one is looking for a hot shower. Lovely rooftop open air swimming pool. Breakfast included - good selective choices of local breakfast eg nasi lemak, fried bihun, laksa. Western breakfast available also eg scrambled eggs, baked beans, toast, for the unadventurous. Free parking. Late check out.

A few areas probably need a bit of touching up with paint. A spray of anti-mould would help freshen up a few tile groutings in the shower.

I would like to extend a big THANK YOU for the outstanding service provided by your Front Desk Staff Miss Anna. On Monday, 11 July 2022, after checking out of the hotel, we went to have lunch at the Indian restaurant down the road. After lunch we left to ride home to Singapore. Half way, at 6 pm, in Kuala Lumpur, I realized that I had left my pouch containing my passport and wallet at the Indian restaurant. As we did not have the number or the name of the Indian shop, we called the hotel and luckily, Miss Ann answered our call and went into action. Firstly she sent a bell boy over to the shop. He came back unsuccessful as the shop was already closed. Not happy with the outcome, she personally went over again and somehow found out the owners contact number , called him and she was able to recover the pouch for us. We rode back to Kampar, got out pouch and stayed one more night. Miss Ann action and service was outstanding. We cannot tell you how thankful we are and we will definitely come back to a hotel with such outstanding people working there Thanks again to Miss Ann

I must stressed the restaurant food is great. Taste good. The fish curry went well with the fried rice. Salted eggs prawns taste good too. Now I have a place for dinner

I have been staying in this hotel since its opening. Breastfast food standard has dropped. No. Simple egg station. At least offer fried eggs or omelette. Nasi lemak rice is hard and dry?ikan belis not crisp. The tea and coffee worst, very poor grade. Over killed on cutting corners. Increase price instead of lowering food quality. This is the beginning of hotel reputation.

Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Extra pillows provided. Reception was quick to pick up calls and attend to the matter. All staff polite. Good signage. Clear instructions from receptionist on using the cards, where to go for breakfast. There are renovations being done. The works are from 10.30 am to 7 pm, so as not to disturb the guests.

Only 2 sachets of sugar and creamer given for the 4 packets of coffee and tea. So for the second cup of drink, have to pay additional RM2. As a suggestion, a small printed map of the surrounding areas of interest would have been useful to out of town visitors like us. There is a hand drawn one on the side wall in the lobby.

I appreciate my request for extra bed and pillows were fulfilled and that made the stay very confortable to start with. Room is very clean.

The room.rate could have been slightly lower considering the guest who choose not to have the breakfast. As I was only putting a night for the chinese new year and not taking the breakfast in the hotel, it would be more attractive to give a bit discount for the room rate.

Good location. Hotel has its own car parks. Easy to find parking.

Not much variety of food for breakfast.

Initially we were allocated a room with no wi-fi and after negotiating with the reception, we were given another room on the 6th floor which was excellent. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was also reasonably good.

Could have more sitting sofas in the reception area eg. outside the restaurant where people can look out for friends or drivers.

this is the most comfy hotel within this area, It's always my first choice to stay when we need to overnight at Kampar. The only thing i would like to highlight is the breakfast time change from 6:30am to 7am which makes me a bit rushed because i need to leave before 7:15am for my trip. i really like breakfast especially the nasi lemak therefore i have to eat fast before time. Luckily the kitchen staff were punctual and the food was ready before 7am. thank you

Ordered their room service. Reasonable price with big portions of food. And of course it's delicious! Spacious space in the room where it is wheelchair friendly. Staff was very helpful to my multiple requests and the online hotel side responded quickly when i texted for requests. Super!!

Wifi is weak in my room and the tv unable to connect to it. Room lightning can be improved.
