The water was hot for showering. The air-conditioning unit worked well but only on preset temperatures. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Eating out: Excellent Chinese Restuarant (Kim Castles) across the road from hotel, 100m. Hot & cold water available from machine in reception area, great for refilling water bottles prior to venturing out. The lift to upper floors, helpful particularly if your bags are heavy, We arrived by train from KL, on arrival there were plenty of taxis at the station. Places to visit: If visiting Refarm, entry MYR16, take you swimming gear & towel, several pools to chose from plus a water park with water slides etc. Restuarant & Cafe were shut when we visited in March '25, only crisps, canned drinks & ice cream on offer. In this historically Tin mining area the Tin Mining Museum, in Kampar, entry MYR5, is worth a visit IMO. For other attraction e.g. walking trails, if you don't have a car, call a GRAB they take only a few minutes to arrive,

The pillows were extremely fat & firm, our preference is softer & slimmer. Around the town there is not a lot to visit other than the interesting Tin Museum.

It would be nice if the hotel provided various TV channels. 2 channels only. Quite bored spending time in the room.

Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The room was clean and okay. You get what you paid for. Definitely a go to hotel for a short stay

It's not in the middle/centre of Kampar. But if you have transportation, no problem. The centre is just few mins away. The room was clean but I believe the bathroom would be cleaned better. But so far, good for a short stay

The pillow was not comfortable enough. Highest floor was interrupted with noise from water pump engine, not suitable for light sleeper like me. Luckily after I made a complaint, I was relocated to a room which was comfortable to work in a quiet manner. Thank you.

It's clean, the room is bigger than I expected, the staff is friendly and polite

they don't provide the hairdryer,need to bring it yourself or buy it (the price is written on a paper inside the drawer,I think it is not worth to buy a hairdryer purposely,so suggest that we can pay deposit to rent one),coming for 2D1N trip,It's tough to pack too much stuff.Overall is quite fair for this price,doing great👍🏻

Bilik yg bersih. I can tell it was sparkling clean.. bed was comfort.. tv was not much channel.. only 3 channel i tot..

The one and only, i didn't like the view cz i got the backview. I request for frontview but unfortunately, frontview just for small room, not for family.. 😔

Kudos to all team of Kampar Boutique - Sentral, Thank you for making my grandma stay and holiday a memorable one. We truly enjoy and my sister spent great quality time with her too. Love the family suite spacious and clean too. The only draw back is the coffee table no coffee or tea or sugar.
