Clean, comfortable room with adequate space. Bathroom is a bit small with the shower over toilet but it's clean with sufficient pressured hot water. For the price it's good enough for a night or two.

Sound proofing and acoustics is a perpetual problem with such motels built from partitions and cheap doors. They are modified shoplots afterall so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and ask for rooms in Block B that does not face the road.

Clean Comfortable bed Good choice if you go for a budget stay

1. I thought I booked a city view room with window but the window opened up to a wall about 2 feet away from the window. 2. The room is super small (refer photo) Note: I think it is not suitable for claustrophobic people. I am claustrophobic but not severe, so it is still bearable for a night. The lighting helps.

The location was good. Considering it's in the town centre, parking seemed to be easy to get especially at night. The room size is great for what you pay for, just that it's not the best at knowing where to take off shoes and the placement might be a bit awkward at first but nothing you can't get used to. The room was relatively clean and so was the bathroom! Air cond was working fantastic and there are a few television channels. Kettle provided and cups available, but bowls and cutlery would have to be requested from the lobby. The bathroom is pretty spacious for the room size.

The wi-fi was pretty bad, almost non-existent so it was best to use your mobile data at all times. Considering it's in the town centre, noises can't be helped but it gets a bit noisy sometimes. Would be great if the television had Netflix linked for users who have existing accounts to use (but I know it's not a necessity, just that I've stayed at places that have this convenience, so I had to compare).

Location and well maintained

The parking under state Gov and they come to check ticket very early before 8.30am and always miss to pay parking During checking the staff need to remind parking payment and the gov official will come at 8am .

Location which is next to 7e, near with other restaurant, parking area, facilities, easy access, affordorable & i have been summon by majlis as dont show the tickets. Kikikikiki.

Paying parking & i think staff should remember us as well. Just a suggestion.

Location is good and safe. I stayed 3 nights and all the receptionists were friendly and helpful. I like this hotel so much.

Please try to improve wifi service in the room. Need to go downstairs for wifi. If we come for business it will be bit troublesome.

We were rushing back to KL and left things behind. Upon reaching KL we noticed we have left things behind and called up the hotel. The staff were so kind they found and kept it aside and we picked it up the following week when we were passing by kampar. Thank you

Clean room, towels, Hot water shower was good. Big bed. Hot water dispenser on ground floor. Near famous chicken rice shop which is diagonally across the hotel. Opposite is salted chicken rice shop. Near 7-11 as well. Walking distance to food court. Food everywhere.

Water kettle in the room was stained so I didn't use it. Room door chain lock broken .

The location is right in the middle of Kampar town. Parking is generally available in front of the shop houses nearby. There is a 24 hour convenience store right next to the hotel.

This area of the Kampar town seems a bit insecure at night, felt wary of some stragglers going around late in the afternoon and evening.

The hotel's location is 3mins walking distance to the cinema (LFS Kampar) and is also 3mins walking distance to M36 Gerai Mee Kari Pak Din. And there's a 7/11 next to it. Just brilliant!
