We didnt having breakfast in hotel. The location at old town which very close to tradisional famous food.

The room is pretty warm when entering from outside. The wall is pretty hot when you touch in it. I'm not sure is it whether our room facing the main road or the weather in this season is really very hot. But overall is ok after the aircond bring down the room temperature. I think parking will be the issue for peak season for own transport, as we have to park at the roadside in front of the shoplot and flat.

The hotel location is superb.. love the fact that its not eerily quiet late at night cos its close to the cinema & there are restaurants & foodcourt right off its steps.. staff there are all very courteous & helpful too.. love the room too as they really strive to meet my requests..

Nothing really.. for the price, the hotel are well ahead of its competition..

After checking out from the hotel, my wife realised that she had dropped an earing in the room. We turned back and sought assistance from the receptionist and housekeeper to retrieve the earing. Unfortunately, we couldn't locate the item. Later that day, we received a message from the receptionist stating that they had found the earing and would keep it till we return. Two days later we returned to collect the earing. We truly appreciate the helpful staff and their commitment in giving the best service to their guest. Thank you for the good experience in Kampar.

Parking the car on the roadside as there is not parking space in the hotel compound.

Hotel staff are very friendly. They keep apologising when they didn't clean our room, thinking that we were asleep the whole day due to our curtains being closed. In fact it was our fault that we forgot to open the curtains when we went out. The room is very clean and spacious. Overall a good stay and highly recommended for people visiting Kampar.

Facilities are less than perfect,with no sockets at desk area for charging laptops, and some sockets are faulty and can't be used. Shower tap should be one with a longer handle for easier turning because hands are slippery after applying soap and not easy to turn after that. Should have provided extra toilet rolls too because they run out pretty fast for a family of four. But overall these do not affect the stay too much

The room was nice and was very clean. The staff in this hotel was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is located at the centre of the town.

I don't have any comments about this hotel because everything was nice about this hotel.

The room is amazingly spacious & clean, comfortable bed & pillows, a/cond is great & water heater too. Got more than one window! with good natural light & interesting views. Strong Wifi connection. Strategically located. Coffee houses around the area. Shops are walking distance. Cinema is next door!

Water pressure is quite low (for me..) Kettle, mugs provided but no spoon to make drinks.

We booked this hotel last minute and suitable to check in midnight. Good to stopover for a rest! It has two branches, the google map led us to another branch. This one is located in the old town

The location was strategic. The room was clean and comfortable. For the price paid, I don't mind that it was small, since we were out most of the day.

It would be great if there were more TV channels.

Quite comfortable and nice. Overall is quite good for a stay.

There are 3 part which I personally feel not really convenient. Instead giving 2 shampoo, how about put 1 shampoo and 1 body bath shampoo. I had to use shampoo as body wash. Somemore the hotel might need to prepare a hair dryer becoz when I intend to wash my hair but I can't wash it as there is no hair dryer to blow. For the WiFi part, when I try to connect it with the code given, one of them is invalid and another is already been used. So yeah, only these 3 parts.

No frills stay with basic amenities provided. Room and toilet is clean and air-conditioning is working well. Convenient as it is located close to restaurants and shops at walking distance. Very reasonable pricing.

No windows, the toilet shower head could be better, TV is basic and could do better with simple radio channels.
