Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Room spacious and clean. Staff is very accommodating. Requested to change the room and upgrade is very easy and quick. Get a very good assistance from the reception staff when I accidentally left my laptop cable in the seminar room. Very quick action in locating the cable and keep it safe until I manage to collect it. Thank Mr. Amirul.

The walkway / corridor is not really clean and a smell of damp. At certain area the corridor is not well lit. Excess tables and chair for seminar is not properly kept and stored. Seminar room is smelly too. Had to buy febreze and spray a lot in the seminar room prior the event. Parking is a problem - since had to share with people going to the mall and other shops nearby. One of the lift / elevator not properly working. Door is either not totally closed or cannot open when reached desired floor. Had to press open and close button few times for the door to open.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The staffs were nice, the room was clean. We put up a 'clean room' sign at 1.00pm and the room was cleaned when we were back. It has a tv with a good signal, which we didn't expect actually.

1. The price is a bit high for a hotel with NO swimming pool, gym and even breakfast. However, considering the location didn't have that many hotels, it was a decent price for good facilities and overall cleanliness of the hotel. 2. It also doesn't have a refrigerator but we could manage. 3. The path from the lift to the room doesn't have the ambience of a hotel but still was okay

The room is comfy and clean. got 3 towel and soft fluffy pillow. have TV, okay. Location is great, near Billion hypermarket and easy access to food. Have lift. My room is on level 4 which on the same level with the dining hall and swimming pool so make things easier. Toilet amenities provided consist of soap, cotton bud, sanitary pad disposal bag and laundry bag. Breakfast is so good with wide varieties of food, buffet style. Breakfast is included in the fee for 2 person but if you have more person/children can pay at the restaurant for the extra person. RM18 for adult, RM12 for child. Swimming pool just beside the restaurant.

TV only have 3 channel, TV1, TV2 TV3. There is no white lamp/light in the room, only yellow/dim light. No shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste provided.

Location is very convenient, with many shops and eateries nearby.

Ironing facility placed outside the room (my room is at the furthest end of the corridor while the ironing facility is at the other end)

The room that was given to me (321) bathroom was poor, water pressure from bidet was poor, no liquid soap near the shower, disturbing noise in the bathroom and door of the bathroom was bad , need to repair

So comfortable,clean & spacious room. Easy to access, lift provided, strategic location in the city & very convenient for us. Many restaurant nearby and can go for shopping else well at the Billion Supermarket nxt door.

1. The carpet should remove replace with cement good enough. 2. The smell from Econsave supermarket I guess at counter, management should look into it. As a guest once enter the hotel the environment smells very important. 3. Bathroom glass should be remove make it spacious.

The pool close. Less tv channels and less satisfactory pictures. Parking is difficult due to open parking and have to share with Mall customer. Need to extend the awning in front of the hotel because it still gets wet when you get out from the car during a rainy day.

Staff friendly, location very good near Shopping Mall & eating stall. Very convenient. Breakfast sedap, walaupon selection tak banyak.

Cleanliness of corridor, the carpet need to vacuum & smell. The lobby need more decoration & put some air freshener to more welcome.
