Nice interior design on the hotel & room. Although all is self service but manageable.

Staff a bit slow in responding. Have to wait about almost 1 hour after arriving (although already informed our expected time arrival), for no of room and keypass. We were unable to watch tv as the remote control had no battery power left. Wifi also we can't use as there is no password given and when asked no answer from the staff.

the incharge person - even request a receipt, only received 1 day after. at first the receipt stated other people's name, resend again. payment also need to transfer, not using Booking.com payment

The lobby is nice and clean, the contactless system is so good, the room is comfy and clean, i like the bathroom setting...the staff incharge, ms jovie is so helpful...everything you need is just nearby...just walk here n there, lot of parking also..l...i just love it

Must change iron board that use plastic kind of lining because the iron is hot then the plastic melt when touch the iron...that stain will damage our cloth when use the iron. Just my opinion. Tq

Rooms and facilities in good condition. Comfortable for solo travel.

Checking in took a bit time because no front desk people. All self service and through whatsapp only. Room service needs to extra check toilet bowl. Got ‘surprise’ from previous customer in the bowl when want to use.

The place has a very unique decorations and good security plus have lift to go to upper level.. the room is so beautifully decorated as if it's a 5 star hotel although it's a cute size room and cheap price .Owner was sweet and they have pharmacy located nearby ,7eleven and food vendors to choose as per your likings. Will definitely come here next trip.

The room was very cozy, just that tuning the TV manually was very difficult, other then that the stay was great.

The television wasn't great, the staff didn't provide a remote so I had to tune the channels manually which was very inconvenient.

Even though the entire check in process and information pertaining to accessibility was provided over the phone (WhatsApp) - it was fluid and effective. ....Staff Nisa was informative and available at all times (via phone) for assistance.

the hotel room is so amazing! The decoration is pretty😍 👍👍 even though being small but it is excellent and suprisingly the bed very comfortable! location is near to shop if want to buy food. next time i want to try deluxe room. the staff are very helpful.
