1. The room size is adequate. The window is large a lot of natural lighting. 2. There are a lot of tv channels 3. Shower is very good 4. The room has 2 chairs and a table that is convenient for having meals. 5. The hotel has a shop for buying, water, snacks etc which opens at 7.00 am till 11.00 pm. This is very convenient. 6. The location of the hotel is very good, not in the busy town area, there are a lot of shops around.

1. Parking is not a lot. Although there are more parking at the back, this is not the case. There are more parking for the convention center but it is a bit far from the hotel. 2. The tv in the room is smaller that what I have experience in many other hotels. HBO channel in particular is not clear 3. I do not fancy the bed height which is quite low. Having problems with the knees, getting of the bed is not comfortable. 4. The gym is not that big. There are 2 stationary bikes; one is not working (the pedal was broken) and the other needs adjustment on one of the pedal.

The location near the North-South highway, near many shops, restaurants, and Dataran Amanjaya Meru. Clean and good service.

1. There is no covered parking - likelihood to get wet when it rains is high. 2. The design of the bed frame with short stilts at its 4 corners and the middle of each length made it very likely for someone to accidentally kick and hurt their toes - this happened to me and my pinky toe was swollen☹️ 3. The corridors could do with brighter lighting.

The hotel is conveniently located by the highway, close to restaurants and shops. A large roundabout in front of the hotel is perfect for a morning stroll. In the evening, bike and motorbike rentals are available for exploring the area.

The twin rooms are small, and the hotel is often busy with guests attending events at the nearby convention center. Bad lighting in the room.

Like it all,very clean and staff are very friendly.The room size is perfect for 2 persons,and the room was cleaned well.Nearby the hotel have restaurant and mart for some foods and drinks.This was the third time booking this hotel,and I'm strongly recommended.

Parking lots is limited,hard to find a parking if too many visitors.

Very clean and spacious room. The staff are very friendly and always have a smiley face. The location is slightly out of town which I feel is fine for me. In front of the hotel, there is a big roundabout which is like a park. Few food trucks are there in the evening. Kids can play some electronic cars also.

Parking is quite limited. So I have to park in the next building.

The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, especially Ikin (actually my mother in law called her Ikin, not too sure her full name) and Zul. The facilities were also enough for us to have a comfortable stay. My family loves and has been staying here for quite a few times whenever we come to Ipoh.

The bed was a bit too low hahaha but it is still comfortable anyways.

Excellence place for family with very good play ground, just walking across the road.

Will surely recommend friends, family member and others to stay at this hotel. Food at serounding the town are fantastic with real good taste. ie Mee Udang, Mee Curry, Kuatiau and many others.

Spacious room with nice smell and super cosy bed, the aircond was nice.. in room dining menu was a bit limited but the food were delicious, kudos to the chef..

tv channel/reception signal need to be upgrade...it hurts your eyes to watch the tv with lots of signal interference...and somr white light/bulb in the bathroom would be nice

The room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable and I slept very soundly. The breakfast choice is very good and tasty. The price of the room is a bit expensive.

Limited parking space as the hotel is very crowded with people coming for convention or programs inside the hotel.
