I liked the room quite very much. The reviews were horrifying with a lot of 1 stars and mentions of cockroaches etc and dirty towels and sheets but that was not my experience. I loved that there were bottled waters in the fridge that went for 2RM each and clean towels could be gotten for an additional 2RM each and I think that’s very reasonable and very good for a short stay’s needs. I like the night lights too and the strong water.

I think the room not having windows can sometimes be a bit musky but I found that it was manageable. Room floor is slightly cracked, maybe walls have some cracks and darkness too but it’s not too bad for people who aren’t fussy about aesthetics. The photos on Agoda and Bookings however are a lie about the room’s TV, the TVs are big, however they’re not smart TVs as the photos suggested. In fact, there aren’t smart TVs in the whole hotel, but that’s fine, just wish they didn’t photoshop their photos regarding the TV.

Room is pretty spacious, aside from having a thick partition that serves as mounting wall for the flat screen tv. Bathroom is clean & big. Room was equipped with steam iron, ironing board, kettle and also hot water flask. Room came with breakfast for all occupants which was pretty decent. Location is good, several pharmacies and minimal within walking distance. Ample Parking in front of the Hotel.

Linen for the beds are quite worn out. Discolored to the extend of being grey color instead of white. Only 3packs of 3in1 coffee & 3 bottles of mineral water was provided (complimentary) per day.

Love the comfy room and the aircond is good.Toiletries are provided and the buffet breakfast offers wide variety of food such as mee rebus,porridge,fried rice salad bar,fruits steamed pau and many more.The receptionist Mr John is helpful and helped me with booking date ammendment.I had a plesant stay.Thank you.

Booking.com is inefficient and didnt pick up calls.I called so many times but no one answered to attend to my issue. I arrived late after midnight and was exhausted from a long trip.It was so frustrating.Customer service please do better.

If they can improve on breakfast, would be even better. The breakfast menu too simple.

The price

The staff was so unfriendly, okay it's a self check in but could you at least be more hospitable while speaking to guests? Standing at a distance, asking me to swipe my credit card different ways instead of coming over to guide me, not sure why their attitude is like that, isn't working in a hotel reception a hospitality service? If I had a hotel reception job I would at least pretend to smile at guests as it's in the job description

Always my go-to hotel whenever i'm in JB, this time the room is slightly a bit weird with a half wall in the middle of it lol but its still comfortable to walk around. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast you are given few choices, I mean could be better but worth with the price. Has lift, even some bag carriers if u needed

The keycard system for the lift is a bit annoying. Even when you want to go down to lobby you still need the keycard, which is annoying when u dont have it with you

Location easy access to the highway, lots of food nearby at walkable distance, free parking with security ( the uncle who takes care of the parking is really pleasant and friendly) , clean room and bathroom, in house water refill and coffee and simple Malaysian breakfast.

Booked a room with window, but given room without window. Not good for people with Claustrophobia. Staff claimed management yet to rectify in booking. They were unable to change me to a room with window. Bed was not comfortable.

Google reviews wasn’t encouraging but I had to see it myself & pleasantly surprised that’s it’s not as bad as reviewed. Most important is the location & cleanliness.

So far nothing. Perhaps key card could improve as tapping 3,4 times allow you to open the door.

Location a bit far from JB Sentral. Nothing much around this neighborhood. And room isn't soundproof. People walking through corridor and you will hear the noise. Toilet and shower is extremely wide and you will feel like it took a lot of space from your bedroom.

The cleanliness is top notch and the utilities provided were complete like an ironing equipment in the room.

This is my fourth time staying in the hotel, the lighting of the room were not consistent. Some room have a good amount of lighting and some room were dark.
