Sometimes too noisy and smoke can go inside the room maybe because the window is overlooking the street and gaps on the windows. Perhaps can provide good seal/soundproof windows just like how new condos beside the highways with good soundproof and seal.

reception - beautiful, music in the air, fragrance, tidy, spotless, chairs to sit, easy check-in, lift to go up first floor parking - spacious, in the front and also the back, with easy back entrance to go to the room room- simplistic design, foot towel provided, as well as sanitary bags, shaving kit, dental kit, shampoo, soap, hot water provided and functional, big mirrors everywhere so its a plus, tv channel including axn, cinemax, NG wild and sports activity

the room was not as clean as the reception, there was sand/grains on the floor and it got on the bed behind the door was not mopped so we can see dirt from long ago there tv channel does not work during rainy seasons its a bit expansive for the room they gave us, i would hv priced it generally at 150 below

Courtious & attentive staff. The staff went all the way in providing free transportation when my son was stranded at the bus station during wee hour. The best part was cleanliness of the establishment. Won't be our last time booking at Singgah Kertih. Keep up your good job.

The staff are helpful, they sent me iron and ironing board every morning as i asked. The room is spacious and just nice for one person.

The parking can be little bit tricky

there is a convenient store near the hotel like 7E.

The hotel location is near traffic light, thus it can noisy when many cars and motorcycles there.

The rooms facing the main road are not well soundproofed, making it difficult to sleep when there is excessive noise from motorists.

Hotel was great. Room clean, bed comfortable, nearby shop available likes Tealive, 7 eleven, restaurant and staff was helpful and polite. They also have elevator so easy for customer to bring the luggage to the room.

A bit small for related if you require work space eg table and chair not available in the room

The room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities - exactly as described. There are many eateries and convenient shops close to the property.

Location was okay. Other than that all was good.
