A quiet place.

Small maintenance such as washer hose bracket is broken and need to replace new one. Its sharp and cause near miss that will scuff to hand. Show small gesture to do a little maintenance and customer feel safe about it. Buy a Magic Clean from MR DIY and clean up all the black muds in bathroom on every corner.

- The room we had feels very new and was spotlessly clean! (There are no pics of our room on booking.com as of review date) - Room was basic and small but very functional. Has a writing desk and chair, clothes hanger, iron, full length mirror, tv, aircon, ceiling fan, plugpoints located at accessible areas, strong WiFi, attached bathroom with a well functioning water heater and anti cockroach floor grating. - There were 3 rooms along the external corridor our room was at, and this corridor is accessed from the outside of the house. Better privacy as we don't need to enter the house at all to get to our rooms. - (for divers) Plenty of space to hang your wet stuff on the railings along the external corridor :) - Has a common kitchen with some refreshments, drinking water and kettle. - Host was very well-mannered and hospitable and speaks excellent English. - There is a compilation of some food recommendations in Dungun of various cuisines at the check-in desk :) the owners of this place definitely put some thoughts into setting up this place.

- Location was a little further out (5-10mins drive to town centre) but it's not a problem if you have a car. Dungun is a small town and everywhere is at most a 15mins drive away. - Would have been even better if shampoo and shower gel were provided.

This was my 2nd stay here. Totally clean and cozy atmosphere. Good for money. Staff was helpful and responsive when I contacted by text while they may not available at the reception area all the time.

Not very quiet until midnight because of external voices as the room where I stayed was next to the inner garden.

The towel bar was too high to reach for children / teenagers The shower water pressure is low No additional plug in room

It feels very homely. So comfortable and clean, very attentive staff. Complete with equipments for you to also do laundry, have a bbq pit outside and a lot of seatings at the front porch for relaxing. Kitchen is clean and complete.

Can get quite noisy if property's owner got guests coming over because their house is right beside. May be tolerable for some people.

Muslim went out of his way to make sure I had a great stay. Nice area to walk behind the house, and a couple places to eat nearby. Supermarket not too far if you don't mind walking a little.

Everything was great. Have to take Grab (or have a car) to get to most places, but it's easy and pretty affordable.

Self check in, fast, efficient. Very clean premises, homey, cool, modern and comfortable. Well maintained. Owner trusts clients. Good value for money. Quiet road, opposite to eatery selling local foods bfast n lunch..good. Lots of eating places along road. Overall, very pleasant.

Aircond remote problematic but this is minor issue. Otherwise, none.

The house was comfy, felt like home away from home. The host was very welcoming. The bed was comfortable and toilet very clean. Coffee and tea are available in the kitchen with a small cost. Surprisingly they even provided towels!

Room 103 could use a bit of dusting and mosquitoes was a slight nuisance. Maybe someone left the main door opened and led the mosquitoes into the room since the room is closest to the main door. Apart from that, all good. Thanks Makcik.

Availability of front porch chairs & garden to relax and smoke and drink and watch the roads outside............

The room windows can't be opened. However, they have thought up of everything to cater for travellers" daily needs, kitchen, equipmen, ironing boards, etc. To complete things, I suggest they include (1)a bathroom scraper to dry up the wet floors, and (2) plant more colourful flowering species, and cut the grass in the front lawn.

Overall, it was great..the room was clean, wifi was excellent (very important), location was great, located very close to the place that im going. Easy to find food for lunch or dinner. No major complain at all, anything else is nitpicking, so no complain at all
