The GOOD - Room was clean, carpet is fresh and clean, the interior of the room has that old resort charm that i really like. Best of all it is really well maintain and no wet musty smell. Beach is breath takingly beautiful, but if you walk further down the beach line, you'll see a lot of plastic bottles, we cleaned up a few but hotel really need to make sure its properly clean. Every staff was friendly.

The NOT so GOOD - Breakfast spread was good but a little limited, and it was disappointing to find out that they charge kids age 4 and above RM 20 for breakfast, as kids really don't eat beyond 1-2 pieces of pastries and just a glass of juice. Most hotel provide complementary for kids below 12 years of age. while the room is clean and well maintain, but it could be better if the cleaners can pay attention to the ledges above the bed, the window frame, the bed frame, photo deco frame, as it was crusted with thick dust. BTW, i wipe down the dust on any surface that i can reach with a piece of wet nap.

Check-in process was smooth. Staff very friendly. Upon check-in my suites was nicely done. Clean. No hair found in the toilet, carpet, floor or bed. Welcome fruit set on the table. Thank you so much for the management. I like the most about this hotel is the beach. The beach just a walk. Beach was really clean. Crystal water. I had fun swimming and sun tanning on the beach throughout my stay.

There is a new Samsung curve TV in my room but unfortunately the remote was not there and need to control manually by press the button behind the tv. I tried to mirror this smart tv with my ipad but cant. I tried to login my netflix account unfortunately no internet connected to the tv. Channel was so bad. Aircond in sleeping room was noisy. A little disturb my sleep throughout the night. Breakfast was so not great. For me what this hotel offer for breakfast is so basic and not really attractive. I do hope management look into this seriously.

The amenities at this resort is splendid. You have kids playground, outdoor playground, kid's mini waterpark, large swimming pools, restaurant by the sea, beautiful beaches (showers available to rinse the sands off), walking path along the beach and golf course, a gym, a massage and spa, indoor restaurant, tennis court, golf course, ATV rental, etc - in short you can stay here for a vacation and need not go anywhere else.

It is an old hotel. Like other old hotels, the room interior is dated and tired.

The pool is amazingly big and deep (1.5m) for adults, and the kids' area is also very fun and safe. Our beds are bigger than the normal single-bed size. The bathtub is nice. Room was facing beach and pool, which was very pleasant. There is a restaurant which opens in the evening, we had our dinner there under the beautiful lights accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The food was worth the price.

Apparently, it is very common for this hotel to offer a nonrefundable booking. I tried to adjust my booking dates considering the flood season but to no avail. So please plan your journey and book with certainty that you can commit.

Excellent staff at the reception. Shower, toilet and bathtub saperated with diferent doors. Really comfy and large single bed. Larger than the normal supersingle bed.

Toileteries. Need to put extra effort to use the showgel/shampoo/conditioner 3in1 dispenser. Need to push the button hard few times then only the liquid came out. We first thought it was broken. And 3in1?

Beautiful beach front resort, spacious & clean room, ample parking space, many facilities like adult & children's swiming pool, jacuzzi, proper gym room, children play ground for the family with kids to play with. And i really like the oasis beach bistro which you can have your dinner & drinks near the beach. And there also have atv ride & sea turtle sight seing (need to paid).

The swimming pool depth sign of 1.5m is incorrect, which should be 1.6 or 1.65m. Hope the resort management's will change it as it is dangerous for the guests whose height is below 1.6m & not no how to swim.

Food served here in the restaurant are excellent quality. The breakfast spread was smaller than it used to be, but nevertheless the quality is excellent. The beach restaurant is an excellent place to have dinner by the beach.

The hotel building & beach are so beautiful. Stay for 2 night here & im very like the ambiance. My room same floor reception but the seaview is very nice. Pool is big & beach clean. Recommend to bring family & kids here,many activities can do together. Bed is good! Breakfast buffet so many choice. Local food so good.

Bath tub is right next to the window, love the pool and the ambience at restaurant by the beach. got plenty of activities such as atv and others.

I dont feel welcome, nobody greet me by the entrance. I was tired driving from KL to Kijal, but no one is available to take my luggage. I end up carrying all my luggage to the lobby and to the room. Also, I wish there would be some discount/service such as free 1 day breakfast or sort since I stayed for 4 nights here.

Beach: long, sandy and peaceful private beach. Friendly staff: Everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Room: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Has a great view of the swimming pool and the sea.

Building is old, which was expected, but it is clean and things are working fine, so that make up for the old part. Prices of food in the restaurants are very pricey - we skipped it and drove out to eat. The hotel is rather isolated - good if you just want to laze in the hotel and the beach. Bad if you want to get around without a car.
