The pool is amazingly big and deep (1.5m) for adults, and the kids' area is also very fun and safe. Our beds are bigger than the normal single-bed size. The bathtub is nice. Room was facing beach and pool, which was very pleasant. There is a restaurant which opens in the evening, we had our dinner there under the beautiful lights accompanied by the sound of the ocean. The food was worth the price.

Apparently, it is very common for this hotel to offer a nonrefundable booking. I tried to adjust my booking dates considering the flood season but to no avail. So please plan your journey and book with certainty that you can commit.

Beautiful beach front resort, spacious & clean room, ample parking space, many facilities like adult & children's swiming pool, jacuzzi, proper gym room, children play ground for the family with kids to play with. And i really like the oasis beach bistro which you can have your dinner & drinks near the beach. And there also have atv ride & sea turtle sight seing (need to paid).

The swimming pool depth sign of 1.5m is incorrect, which should be 1.6 or 1.65m. Hope the resort management's will change it as it is dangerous for the guests whose height is below 1.6m & not no how to swim.

Room - Cleaned Pool - Spectacular

Parking - Outdoor/not covered (when we arrived, there was heavy rain) - Distance/far (my husband has a slip disc and he is not able to walk far. We are looking for Concierge/Bell Boy for assistance. But there are none to be found) Kampungku Restaurant - Limited choice of breakfast selection Walkway (outside) - There are 2 unresponsible and selfish human who parked their big bike at the walkway for guest with big bags/stroller/wheelchair. None of the staff doing anything and let them parked their bikes there. Please refer my photo (outside)

The hotel building & beach are so beautiful. Stay for 2 night here & im very like the ambiance. My room same floor reception but the seaview is very nice. Pool is big & beach clean. Recommend to bring family & kids here,many activities can do together. Bed is good! Breakfast buffet so many choice. Local food so good.

Room are old Furniture,carpet Toilet not so clean. Have hair in toilet,bathtub

Bath tub is right next to the window, love the pool and the ambience at restaurant by the beach. got plenty of activities such as atv and others.

I dont feel welcome, nobody greet me by the entrance. I was tired driving from KL to Kijal, but no one is available to take my luggage. I end up carrying all my luggage to the lobby and to the room. Also, I wish there would be some discount/service such as free 1 day breakfast or sort since I stayed for 4 nights here.

Beach: long, sandy and peaceful private beach. Friendly staff: Everyone that we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Room: Spacious, clean and comfortable. Has a great view of the swimming pool and the sea.

Building is old, which was expected, but it is clean and things are working fine, so that make up for the old part. Prices of food in the restaurants are very pricey - we skipped it and drove out to eat. The hotel is rather isolated - good if you just want to laze in the hotel and the beach. Bad if you want to get around without a car.

Breakfast is superb, food is delicious & lots of variety. The pool is huge with kids playground. Lots of activities can be done like ATVs, cycling, jungle trekking etc

The resort already been there for long time, I think its is better to change/refurbish some facilities in the room like the furniture, especially the carpet. I've been here for couple of time for the past years. My kids have allergic, got some allergic reaction to the carpet. It's better to change the carpet in the room as it's already worn out.

I like my one night stay at this resort. easy access to the beach, nearby cafe at the beach, nice pool and beach view from my room, nice and clean room, easy check in and check out, clean pool. clean overall area. I really enjoyed my staycation at this resort! I love the shop nearby the beach where we can rent ATV, Bike etc. they also provide free parking for guest. they have glamping site next to the pool area. I would recommend this resort and would definitely come again for a staycation with my family.

the breakfast buffet was really bad. variety of food was ok but taste-wise was bad for a 4stars resort.

Bed was large. There were bath tub in the room. Pool was awesome. Love the beach. Food in OBB were all delicous. Love the teh tarik. Overall it is a pleasant stay. Looking forward to come again.

I think the hotel can get some new furniture n refurbishing. Hard to find staff, maybe understaffed. Need to add more extension for plugs. Housekeeping didnt top up anything on 2nd day, they just cleaned up the room. We usually stayed at least 2 nights in every hotel we stayed. Usually housekeeping will top up everything on 2nd day onwards. Maybe they follow the management rules. If so, I hope management needs to look at this matter.

Location is great. Have private beach. Cafe also okay. Breakfast spread nothing special, but instead of nasi lemak like hotel normally have, they prepare nasi berlauk which is different. There's a room for kids activity which my child enjoy very much. When it's too hot to go to beach/pool, we go there instead. Overall very nice.

All good. Nothing really bad in particular.
