i like how comfy the bed is and how the airgond works well. i also like how the staff very kind and helpfull when i ask for extra time to check out as i will also paid the extra fee

i dislike how the shower not too hard.. like the water not too strong flowy. i also doesnt like when some room prepare some facilities not like other room..(like room A has hair dryer only but room B none)

Your Staff specially house keeping (mrs Leny 100 point and young girl 80), receptions (all 3 persons specially the hijab lady she was perfect and worthy) , environment ( Park and walking path and lake was wonderful), big hypermarket ، fast service and attention specially mrs Leny was very very responsible and kind

Problems : 1.Water pressure at 3th floor is very week. 2.Fan of the bathroom and wc not working. 3.Window mesh to prevent insects from entering is very important.

I like the staff so friendly specially Ms.Kamila gave me excellent service from the Checkin time till checkout . Great Hospitality. Surrounding the hotel have all the food stalls , restaurants and Mall . Will recommend to anyone 👌

This hotel is the best in all Malaysia compared to price. Bathrooms are brand new and super super clean, the room and beds are very clean. The hotel is just great new and clean. Same as 4 star hotels with a very low price. Note: Rooms Has refredgerator too .wow And there is cold drinking water machine outside the rooms. Super The location is amaaaaazing, just 10 feet to the setapak mall and facing a very active street full of restaurants and many many shops. The street facing the hotel is amazing. My stay at Fun hotel setapak was the best thing in my visit to malaysia The staff are very friendly especially the Guy from India he is very kind and nice guy. it has basement parking and also the parking fee is cheap. it’s so clean and comfy place to stay. nice stay for big family too. it’s so nearby with restaurants, no need to take out your car from parking, walking distance to get your foods. but the staff should be more aware of booking from booking.com
