Clean and good safety measures. Situated near eateries and convenient stores.

TV programs very poor. Should have cable install especially in the night where one starts to wind down after a busy day.

Great Location. Easy Access to the Mall, Convenient store and varitey of food restaurant. Hot shower and Air Cond is Okay.

Staff not friendly. They should provide "clean my room/do not disturb" tag for each room. Service cleaner didn't came to clean our room, so we use same towel since day 1, same bed sheets and the bin full of rubbish.

The location is good, easy to get food, lots of restaurants around the property.

Quite difficult to get parking near to the hotel…

Hotel very clean and comfortable, easy to search on google map and the staffs very friendly

No private parking. Difficult for parking as the shop lot has limited parking

Few things that I like are : 1. In front of KL East Mall - there's bridge that connect into the mall directly. Its easier to buy food and shopping. 2. More shopping malls nearby. There are 3 to 4 Arab restaurants and all fast food restaurants are there. U won't starve! 3, The bed and aircon are great! 4. I love that they gave me level LG room, which far from the busy road.

However, I dislike that : 1. There's no elevator. 2. There's only 2 channel. 3. No bed side table to put things. 4. The shampoo and bath foam are the same. I believe its just shampoo.

Location is near to all facilities

The noise sound from my room...but that doesn't stop me from enjoying my holiday.

Location, near to mall and halal food ( local cuisine, Arab food, fast food), clinic, pharmacy, petrol station and atm machine.

Near to main road. Sometime, quite hard to find a spot for car parking.

Near the restaurant and convenient shop. The staff is great. Near to KL East Mall and LRT station.

The room is a bit small.

superb location! just next to shopping with ice skating rink! great service by vgo hotel. excellent hotel with beautiful decor. Varities of restaurants surrounding the hotel from malay food to arab and many fast food restaurants just less than 5 min walking distance. thank you so much vgo hotel for a wonderful stay! will definitely come again! 😃😃

Nice smell in the hotel lobby. Clean and comfortable room but the night I stayed there, 2 times blackout. Also there is dirt on the bed sheet.
