The room had a reasonable amount of space, a double bed, a kettle, and air conditioning (very important for the heat/humidity of Malaysia). There's a nice view of the Petronas Towers and KL Tower from the front of the hotel as well. There's a small supermarket a few doors down from the hotel, and some restaurants and street food stalls in the surrounding area as well, which was nice. The staff were also very helpful when I needed to print out some documents.

Although the quality of the room was decent, the location was a bit of a sticking point for me. It's in a small, relatively dark street, and at least one nearby street was not lit at all (the part of Jalan Raja Bot closest to the monorail line), so definitely be careful at night around this area. It's also a bit of a walk to the nearest train stations (15-20 min), although the monorail is much closer.

Amazing point. Two food court and market nearby. So close to the twin Towers, you can go on foot in 15/20 minutes. Very close. Close to monorail and bus station, you can go everywhere from here. Maybe is not totally a 3 stars, but a 2 star superior :) very clean, everything work properly, kind and available staff, good bed and windows can stop the noise from the street when you close it. . Perfect experience here. For what l have paid l am completely satisfied.

The only think l can suggest to the hotel keeper is to install a curtain in the shower and put a little light for the bed.

Stayed for 4 nights. The room is kinda clean. They cleaned my room after two days so it makes me comfortable. Overall for a budget hotel, this hotel is just fine. The location is strategic also, you can find a lots of restaurant to eat and near to public transport. Will repeat to stay here again if the price offer is good. 😄

Maybe, reserve parking for motors also? Overall, others i think is just okay.

- lovely staff (especially during the late afternoon/night shift) - water dispenser in the corridor - elevator - good location (you can see the twin towers from the neighbourhood and there’s a market with fresh produce nearby, self-service laundry is 3 minutes away) - hair dryer - hot water in the shower (easy to use), shampoo & soap provided - comfortable bed - good A/C - kettle and 2 cups provided

- mirror in the bathroom should be replaced with a new one - unidentifiable noise (coming from some machinery?) could be heard in our room 24/7 but it wasn’t that bad - toilet paper not provided (but the bidet was 👌🏼)

Clean and nice deluxe rooms. Free water, air con and hair dryer. They changed bed sheets and towels after 3 nights because we extended for other 2. We will be also back next week. Not in the city center but good connected to it via GO KL free city bus or Chowit station. Otherwise 20 mins walking to Petronas towers. Restaurants around the hotel are not for western standards though.

Internet Wi-Fi not working properly from our room. Router in the corridor a bit far away.

since it has no windows I would have liked it to be more quiet, maybe some tapestry as decor would help with sound reflections in the hallway

despite management able to secure 6 parking space in front of hotel, but when it's full we have to look for parking, there is alot eating place nearby thus parking is full by the crowd, so very challenging to get parking.

The customer service very friendly and available at most time! Im just arrive from kelantan at 5am and they entertain me well. Well done!
