The hotel is placed in a great location, just outside golden triangle where all hotel pick ups started. But that was not a problem. The nearest hotel The Face Suites in the triangle was only 8 minutes walk away and all tour operators were happy to pick us up from there. The views from the hotel, especially the top levels were amazing!

The are few things that could be improved on. The cleannesses and the hovering of carpets. The main lobby corridors to the toilets looked like industrial warehouses with dirty walls, broken tiles etc. The toilets themselves were lovely. The shower in the room had a lot of humidity and water from it was outside the room on the carpet each time we had a shower. The food for breakfast was average and very often there was not even a marmalade for breakfast. However, food in the lobby was delicious. We have eaten there every day.

The view from the pool and the pool itself were excellent! Very nice local restaurants in the surroundings. Breakfast was good and variegated. The room was neat and big enough, with nice view as well.

We had some problems with the elevators: two groups of four lifts, each groups didn't have the buttons for some floors and in any case, we had to wait a looot, also for other people reaching floors in the opposite direction, a little bit messy. Maybe they should re-program the entire system. As in most of Malaysia, smoking rules as very strictly, if you want to smoke a cigarette, you need to go out of the structure. The pool was wonderful, but a little bit cold. Location is fine, but a bit far from the nearest metro station.

Location (next to a street full of restaurants, a mall, a (tour) bus stop right in front), ~20 minutes walk to Petronas Price View. Room (2513) had a window on 2 sides (but not located in the corner) where I could see the Petronas, KL Tower and Merdeka 118! We arrived at 2 in the morning, and imagine the shock we had when my wife the opened drapes! Lights a bit too dim (but seems to be common to all the places we visited in SE Asia) Bathroom door had a little defect

Bedroom was spacious and the bed is comfortable. But there was dirt and stain on bedsheet as if the staff didn't change the bedsheet and pillow sheet. Another thing, the lift were horrible. I have to wait longer time to go to another level. The lift stop at levels even there were no people there.

Strategic location to the famous Masjid Kampung Baru, F&B haven Gerbang Kampung Baru. Central and easy access to Kuala Lumpur top attractions.

Our room (no. 1919), has broken toilet flush. The technician came on the first day and fixed it. But the problem recurred on Day 2 and 3 of our stay. No housekeeping for the guest room on Day 2, to make up the room and replenish drinking water. The guest rooms require complete housekeeping for room completeness, for example: to check if the iron is working, if the wall electric socket functions, if the water kettle and iron are made available in each room. We went to the frontdesk counter to ask for water kettle and bottled drinking water. Guests who used the swimming pool, gingerly (and all wet) get into the elevators leaving trails of water in the elevator (I was hosting 3 elderly female guests for the stay at this hotel, 2 of them are on walking sticks).

The view was amazing and the staff that manage my booking also very helpful. The hotel also gave complimentary cake for my wife's birthday. Went to cafe on lobby, the coffee I ordered is awesome. The swimming pool and the breakfast also a bonus!

1) For our room 1810, water flow on sink is slow, a maintenance should be done quickly. 2) The air conditioner is not cold, but still acceptable. 3) Very very poor TV connection. Nothing to watch. (need very urgent improvement) 4) The wardrobe is stuck and cannot slide. 5) The mattress seems like not wash as there is stain. 6) No brochure or directory, hairdryer and iron also need to ask operator to send which we expect that the item should be in the room.

I like the stunning view from my room or the Rooftop (Skyview restaurant). It was beautiful beyond words. Seeing KL at sunset. The Food was ok except for one incident. The room was clean, staff very helpful and location in the heart of KL where there are so many local shops and eateries. Breakfast was at the 27th floor. You can see so much of KL at that place. The food for breakfast was good. It was near a mosque and during Ramadan, reservations is difficult because it is filled to the brim (referring to hotel and mosque). The renowned Kampung Baru Mosque is famous for religious lectures, qiyam al layl, and Bubor Lambuk (during Ramadan)

I had a high tea on Saturday. It was a hugh letdown. The soft rolls were not soft, the roti jala was dry and the curry tasted like leftovers from yesterday. Only the Nasi Tomato was ok. To be fair, the breakfast the next day was good and I enjoyed it.

The breakfast was incredible! I thought the rooms were a bit old but still well decorated and pretty comfortable. The price is the best selling point!

The lifts are a nightmare. You're there waiting for one for ages, and then once you're in, it just stops in lots of floors even if it's 4 am and there's no one using the lifts. It's weird. The location is also not the most trendy area of KL, but it was ok

the view from my room was really good.. Got to view 4 KL tower landmarks.. the KLCC, KL Tower, Merdeka 118 and the TRX.. the bed was comfy.. the distance for restaurant is just a walk.. Can walk from the hotel to other attraction like Saloma Bridge and KLCC (the distances is depend on people.. for me is quite ok).. the cafe's food is good too.

the price is quite high compared to the amenities provided.. the window got marks of people face..

The room is spacious. Sorrounded by famous.and delicious malaysian food. Located at kg baru @ food paradise.

The house keeping not doing a good job,. My stay are 10 days. The housekeeping just make up the bed, change the towel, refill the complimentary but they not vacum the floor and not clean the bathroom. Its a bit dissappointed. Hope the management can take a look ti their housekeepers.
