Didn't like the buffet breakfast because even though you had a lot of international crowd they catered towards only malaysia crowd. As we were not a malaysia, all the dishes were absolutely bad and tasted sweet, with use of alot of sweet suaces. Being a marriot brand we expected a better food quality. If you an international crowd and looking for a good food thinking it is a marriot brand, then I hope you look for another hotel.

The location was great, close to public transport and to cafes/restaurants. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of choices.

Mouldy sealants in bathroom. The bedcover had strange stains which was switched out immediately.

He is an exemplary manager, always going above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. His dedication to customer service truly stands out. I highly recommend Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel to anyone visiting the city, and I will definitely choose to stay here again.

The best thing I enjoyed about this hotel was its breakfast! It is the first time I experienced such a huge variety of food for breakfast, several international cuisines such as Japan, China, India, local food were all present. It was crowded (as expected) because we were there 31st December / 1st January, but the breakfast was a big treat! The location was super and near the Twin Towers (15minutes walk) - they had provided with facility to keep our luggage when we did a short trip to Bali. Staff was very nice as well.

The bathroom amenities appeared a bit old but nothing else to complain about.

Arrived quite late in the evening and headed directly to the Essence Restaurant for the buffet dinner. Staffs were welcoming and gave excellent service. Excellent Room and staffs. Service rendered was awesome. Comfy bed and pillows. Nothing to fault for the room and 99% of its amenities. Towels, bedding, robes all felt luxurious. Room had a view of the KL Tower which was beautiful to look at, especially at night with the changing colours. Enjoyed the pastries during breakfast!

Buffet dinner and breakfast was quite disappointing coming from a well known 5-star hotel chain. Dinner: Advertised as having Tomahawk and seafood buffet but there was no tomahawk and seafood option was limited and not quite fresh. Food options was also very limited and the quantity placed in the buffet was very little. Not sure if it was a low season/Friday night but there was no "lively" vibe to the ambience. But service staff made the experience enjoyable. Breakfast: Despite the full house, options were not much and staffs did not top up the food or took too long to top up the food. Wifi in rooms was as good as nonexistent.

Our stay at Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur, although brief, was truly memorable. Despite arriving around 9 PM and encountering a busy lobby filled with tourists from China, India and the Middle East, we were warmly greeted by Liana Aladdin at the front desk. Her pleasant smile and efficient service ensured our check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptional, exuding luxury and comfort, making our short stay feel like an indulgent retreat. One of the highlights of our visit was the morning buffet. Our 2-year-old, who usually isn't a morning person, was captivated by the friendly and entertaining staff. Their genuine warmth and attentiveness created an enjoyable dining experience that is rarely seen in other hotels. Chef Karthik stood out at his station, skillfully preparing omelets while engaging with guests and addressing their questions with ease. The waitstaff were equally impressive, promptly clearing and resetting tables with a level of professionalism that reflects well on the hotel's food and beverage management. The hotel's ambiance, with its beautiful arches and marble details, combined with the heartwarming hospitality of the staff, made every moment of our stay delightful. We loved every part of the atmosphere at Shearton Imperial Kuala Lumpur and look forward to our next visit.

We booked a night’s stay for a staycation. Although there was a slight delay during check-in, the courteous staff ensured the process was smooth. When we reported issues with the bathtub plug and shower head, the hotel promptly arranged a new room, which we appreciated. The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best we’ve had in a while. The swimming pool was clean, though not particularly child-friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few minor setbacks that were efficiently resolved.

The hotel should conduct regular maintenance checks on the pieces of equipment and plumbing to prevent inconveniences. In the new room, the floor was very cold with water condensation which made it slippery - a potential safety hazard. The air-conditioning vents need to be proofed and maintained to improve comfort.

I like the environment and the location of the hotel which is located at the city center of Kuala Lumpur and it's just opposite of the Medan Tuanku Monorail station which is very convenient. The beds are quite comfy, the bathroom and the room itself is very spacious.

There are two down sides throughout my stay, the first one is the air-conditioner temperature setting maneuver which is found out quite hard because once I set the designated degree that I wanted it will automatically set the old temperature to me. The second down side is actually related to the first down side, due to the air-conditioner not set to my designated temperature and the bed sheet is kinda thick, so I feel kinda hot throughout my sleep. But I believe that the temperature can be set it's just that I don't know how to do it.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, always ready to assist guests. The cleanliness and tidiness of both the rooms and the entire hotel were commendable. The breakfast menu offered a decent variety of fresh options.. On a positive note, the hotel's location proved convenient for accessing local tourist attractions. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives, resulting in a decent stay experience.

The confusion around its operation under the name Marriott Bonvoy made finding the location challenging. Additionally, the limited options provided by the hotel shuttle service was misleading. The room size did not match the expectations set by the photos, and there was a lack of information regarding complimentary products in the room.

- the check in process is too long (took about an hour for my case). - they didnt have the room that i reserved but they compensated by upgrading the room. - the bfast buffet food/drinks easily run out and they take some times to refill it because there are not many staff around.
