Room is clean, comfortable beds, toilet is clean. Water pressure in toilet is good. The facilities in room are very basic, dont have a wardrobe, just have the thing to hang your clothes. Iron is available upon request via calling the receptionist. This hotel is very near to Kuantan airport. Less than 5 minutes by car. Their staffs are super friendly.

The only down side is the TV is not functioning at my room.

Restaurant at ground floor was great. The nasi goreng made was delicious. You can have a breakfast buffet at RM5 with various kind of meals on the table. The hotel location is nearby the bank and other fasilities.

I can hear the phone vibration from another room in the early morning. And since the hotel was nearby the main road so it is bit noisy unless the hotel management install sound proof glass window.

Good location. The windows can be more air tight so that the noise cannot come in. I felt the outside noise was heard more inside inspite of locking the glass windows. That would be great if u can do that!!

Rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We even get to check-in early as we arrived sooner than expected. The location was perfect - close to main road & fined restaurant just next door.

Air con was cold and comfy. Shower head big with strong flow of water

Room was a bit small We could hear the beside room having a shower. Super annoying because it was so loud

Location was very good as close to Kuantan and Pekan junction. Close commerce and Very Good Restaurant on Ground Floor.

Next door neighbors water shower can be heard loudly when used. vis-a-vis from our room if we use it.

Easy access fm the main road. Restaurant owned by the hotel itself on the left, more parkings around hotel.

They didn’t properly clean the table and maybe the floor because there’s an ants on the table and on the floor and the table is sticky.

The location is very strategic. It is near the main road, lots of restaurants nearby & the environment is peaceful.

Good location and easy to get food. Morning Buffet only cost you RM5, which was awesome! Delicious food. Value for money. Very clean hotel.
