My husband just loves it because of all the hooks and places to hang things. Everytime we go to other hotels they seem to be missing that. The room was clean, so does the toilet. The surrounding was also nice as its super close to shops (lotus, McD, etc). If we ever to go to kuantan, we will def check in again and again. Insha Allah.

Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the bed (you can actually start to feel the springs) and perhaps have mosquito repellent of some sorts (as there was a bit of mosquito under the bed).

Location, bed, pillow, bathroom all fine. Clean enough. When you find the guys working they are very pleasant and helpful. Roof top area is nice. Everything is fine for the price but everything could be better with just a little effort. Restaurants nearby are good. Good fan, ac and shower. Free drinking water.

Location was wrong. Phone number was wrong. No idea why they can not be bothered to fix this recurring problem. After travelling nobody wants to walk around a neighborhood in the heat carrying backpacks looking for a location that should be easy to find. Then you call but have the wrong number. Nobody sits at the counter...ever. Nobody responds to messages thru this app. When you arrive you must shout as there is no bell but they are back there watching tv or playing video games. They only do the minimum but at least they do the minimum. It would be easy to improve the rating here. The low price saves them from worse ratings.

Very helpful and friendly staff, good location l, nice shower and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

No lift so those with accessibility issues might struggle but there are ground floor rooms as well if needed can be requested. Also had private parking just at the front which was super helpful as we had a rental car.

This place had a double bed, a little table for the laptop, shower wardrobe, fridge, a/c and space. It's everything I look for in a place and great pricing. Food is either 2 mins to the left on main road. Or more 5 mins to the right. I loved staying here. Would recommend.

location is strategic, near to town & foody. convenient store, fast food, etc. room s good and comfort

no staff at the office, need to call to entertain you. check-out & checkin need to entertain yourself. Aircond is weird sound like electricity current after a few hours & constantly.

This place is a no brainer for those wish to spend just 1 night and head back. Very clean, friendly staff, toilet works perfectly well including heater and eateries within walking distance. Absolutely value for money. You would not be able to find another place like this in the vicinity.

For the price you are paying there is nothing to dislike.....

Nice cosy room. Bathroom was cleaned and bed was comfortable. Satisfied with the service provided. Definitely will come back to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Bandar Indera Mahkota, Kuantan.

Friendly staff, homey feel with the rooftop terrace. Very clean rooms, perhaps the cleanest we saw in Malaysia!

A little far from the center, but some restaurants and shops around, so not inconvenient.

Price is reasonable, strategically located near to mosque, Lotus, and IIUM.

Room is quite small, but for me it is on par with the price offered for the room I selected.
