Great location. Spacious and clean room. Under cover free parking.

We stayed 3 nights. On 2 of the nights, we were left without hand and face towels as housekeeping failed to replenish them after cleaning the room. The bathroom sink seems half blocked, and water drains very slowly. The shower floor is a bit concave, and you shower with a puddle of water at your feet. Reception counter staff are warm and friendly, but other staff are not so friendly. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, and it would be nice if all their staff make their guests feel welcome.

Pros: + Mr Mokhtar the Operations Manager was the first person I interacted with. He really set the tone of hospitality at this hotel. Warm, friendly, caring and professional. + Check in was simple, easy and front desk staff and concierge were all very helpful + Room was well appointed and clean. Bedding was comfortable and bathroom was sizable and clean

Cons: - The guy sitting in banquet office (don't know his name) was probably the most unhelpful person throughout my experience - The comforter in the bedroom was of a material that had little ventilation so it was rather hot despite AC temperature being at 22 degree - Car park access to hotel lobby is a little tricky

I recently stayed at Zenith for 4 days and 3 nights during a business trip/family vacation. Here's my experience. The check-in process was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout the stay. The hotel is located just a 5-minute walk from the shopping mall (ECM). The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. I RECOMMEND THAT THE HOTEL CONSIDER EXPANDING THEIR TV CHANNEL OFFERINGS TO INCLUDE MORE ENTERTAINMENT, NEWS, AND INTERNATIONAL CHANNELS FOR GUESTS.

ONE DOWNSIDE OF THE STAY WAS THE LIMITED CHOICE OF TV CHANNELS. THE AVAILABLE SELECTION WAS QUITE RESTRICTED, NO INTERNATIONAL OR ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER IF THE HOTEL PROVIDED A WIDER VARIETY TO CATER TO DIFFERENT GUEST PREFERENCE.

Central location, adjacent to shopping mall. Facilities were adequate and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory with changes in daily menu.

The ventilation can be improved. Occasionally there was cigarette smell. The hotel can probably be more strict in enforcing the non-smoking policy. Only one counter staff member was available during my checkout at 7.15am and she was attending to another guest. I wouldn't have minded but unfortunately I was in a rush then for a business trip. Would appreciate an express checkout where I can just drop my hotel cards, instead of going through the counter and having to settle the payment for tourism tax during checkout.

The gym was good, the staff were excellent, also they staff replenished the buffet even when it was 30 minutes before breakfast time ends. Good job.

The lift. My only complaint is the lifts. I stayed on level 11 and there were 6 lifts provided at each level (one side with 4, the other with 2 lifts). However, the up and down button for the two lifts at level 11 could not be used. There were times when I had to wait 15 minutes just to get the next available lift. Hopefully they can fix that.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from East Coast Mall, which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. It was extremely convenient for us to grab meals and do some last-minute shopping.

The breakfast is not up to my expectation. I bought additional breakfast for my visitor for RM68. Noodles section , the veg curry is tasteless, for western section, there is no bacon or ham for this price. The nasi dagang is not tasty enough. Realy need to improve the menu and general taste. Just my opinion for improvement. On the contrary, the staffs are well train, and the dining area is very clean and spacious .

One of the clean and spacious room hotel in Kuantan. We’ve been to Kuantan every year for our son’s sports event in and around Kuantan, since last 3 years. We’ve tried and experienced many stays in Kuantan and surprisingly Zenith services are beyond our expectations. The room, the bathroom are spacious for 3-people. Breakfast spreads are plenty. You should try their nasi dagang with gulai ikan tongkol. Since there was this government event at this hotel during our stay, the food supply were plenty, and we were given the second slot of breakfast to avoid the crowd. One of our best stay in Kuantan.

The lift service during peak hours. Only 2 lifts ongoing during one peak weekend morning, the day which has the government event ongoing at the convention center. The lift stopped at every level due to people waiting for the lift to go down, and suddenly the lift that we took went stucked at level-3 for a few minutes. I think all 5 lifts should be operating during peak hours. However we fully understood the situation and will come back to Zenith for our next stay in Kuantan.
