Many parking spaces, easy check in, room was very nice considering it’s a budget hotel, and the staff, Asha was very helpful during my stay (AC was leaking). Lots of families were staying here too. Favorite part is they have Coway on the third floor.

The reviews about the traffic noise is true, the window can’t be closed properly and the hotel is just beside the main road. The area can also be quite dodgy at night because of the foreigners and alley girls.

For the price I paid, it is truly worth it. The room is quite spacious and since I traveled alone, for me it is enough. Just wished that they supplied me more hangers for my clothes and some drinkable cold water also would be nice 😊

When I came for check-in and the room key has already been given to me, I went upstairs to my room but the room is not yet ready. So, I have to wait extra 25-30 minutes outside my room. Hopefully next time, the communication between the front office and housekeeper will improve in terms of room status.

i checked in around 11:30am, stayed overnight in the capsule room just to sleep. luckily at that time, i was alone and other bed werent occupied. v convenient and cheap for backpackers or plan to stay only to sleep. they have 3 shared shower rooms and 2 toilets, so you dont have to worry abt queueing. the reception staff was also v helpful. clean and hygienic. place was easy to find and no issue w the parking. the check in/out process was fast. i might come here again whenever i wanna stay overnight at Kuantan w my fams.

the room was hygienic, but it gave off bad odour. maybe bc of the lack of ventilation,i used my own perfume to get rid of the smell then i am able to sleep.

No breakfast served in this Hotel. Rooms are clean. Staffs are friendly. But Maintenance need to revamp and carry out good repair job especially when pipes are leaking through out the night. Pipes are leaking for 24 hours and I think there are no proper plumbers even though I have called the front counters several times.

Get experienced plumbers and maintenance workers to up keep this nice hotel.

I feel safe in the hotel. The shower and toilet very clean. Room also clean. All of the staff is very nice. It's a nice experience sleeping in shared bedroom.

The bed is little short for me. I don't feel quite comfortable. My legs keep bumped into the cabinet 😅 Also the only toiletries is small shower gel, maybe can give like a set.

Parking for guests available but limited, fast check in, digital deposite receipt - paperless, easy to retrieve & no misplace issue, spacious room, standard size of bathroom, nice shower heads, good water flow, AC works, enough plug ports - near to bed and available for every person, lights switch also near to bed, got washing machine and dryer at lobby.

The room given is near the stadium so noisy even late at night

Location is good and convenient. Room and bathroom were clean. Satisfied facilities including wash machine and dryer. It is very convenient for a backpacker.

The safety box in the room was out of function. It is great if that can be used. I booked a female dorm but I saw a guy in the dorm after waken up in the morning.

Location is a bit sus. At night was very dark. Alot of people loitering around the hotel in the dark . Saw a few "ladies of the night" just a few meters away from the hotel.
