Food stalls are just right behind the building but we were too tired so we didn't go but they looked very happening. Room for triple is very spacious. The AC also looks new and big in size so the room is cold. Toilet design is very simple yet comfortable. Got free breakfast also, starts at 7:30am 1st come 1st serve. Got nasi lemak and varieties of bread. Got elevator also. Overall I am a satisfied customer.

The toilet in my room got no exhaust fan. I saw there was a hole for exhaust fan but it was covered. Behind toilet bowl the floor seems like got stain and dirty, maybe housekeeping forgot to clean.

Great location, nearby Kuantan Street Art, Carboot Sale, just 5 minutes walk to Menara Kuantan 188 & Masjid Negeri. Located in the center of Kuantan city & easy access to nearby restaurants & local coffee shops.

Limited parking, the space quite crowded with the presence of nearby restaurant's customers. Also the room is not soundproof so you can easily hear next room's guests voice. Need to lower down the volume if you don't want to get eavesdropped. Overall is ok.

Location is the best. Nice view of Menara Kuantan 188.Centre of attraction easy to find eatery. Clean environment. Breakfast provided simple but nice. My family loves it.

Kiddos just love holidays. Got call from front office the room downstair complaint that we were being noisy. Hotel room only for sleeping, eh? Not even 8pm at that time and were getting ready to go out for dinner. Of course kids were excited.

Good location. not far to main river, tower, mosque, restaurant, food stall, parking, bank and other.

Wish staff at counter can simple greet or simple smile with guest.

Facilities (minibar,tv with lots of channel), very good staff n simple breakfast that they offered. Strategic location near to Menara Teruntum and river cruise-walking distance.

Free breakfast is provided and the room is super clean 👍🏻 And it is located near to Taman Gelora, just need to walk a bit to go there (need to cross the road 2 times to reach there)

The tv channel is not variety. Just have 4 basic channels. And the lift, it is a bit creepy (maybe it is old), but just functioning well. Luckily, they has a lift compared to other hotels that did not has a lift

got more parking space during weekend, but when Monday morning, all occupied. because the hotel location behind Maybank Kuantan HQ building, so busiest on weekdays I guess.

The staff are friendly and room are very clean. Hotel are located at middle of town. Easy to move around and almost everything are within walking distance. They serve free breakfast everyday.

One of bathroom are having water leakage at ceiling.
