Location of the building to interesting places such as Kuantan 118, hipster cafe & midnight market is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly & helpful. The room is clean & spacious enough for my family (2 Adults & 2 Kids). They do have breakfast in the building but we prefer to have breakfast outside since the location is great for morning walking as well. Parking is located behind the building & it's free for hotel guests.

I had difficulties with Booking.com when I wanted to do the booking. Cant go thru the website, so I walked in to the reception and the staff assisted me from A-Z until I managed to to checked in and rest. Next morning I accidently left my breakfast voucher in the hotel room. I wanted to go back and collect the voucher from my room, but the chef asked me to just enjoy my breakfast. He assisted by confirming with the reception team. I was the last to leave the restaurant in fact exceeded the breakfast time (due to my extended meeting with my client), but we were not "chase out" and proceed with our meeting.

For ladies, our crucial item during our travel will always be iron and hair dryer. Please look in this items to be in the room.

The room is spacious, clean and comfy. Have all that I needed, and price is reasonable. Location is strategic, easy to move around. There's nice cafes nearby, within walking distance to Art Street, Museum of Contemporary Art and Kuantan 188. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Overall quite a pleasant stay :)

The toilet is spacious and clean but the faucet design is weird. It's right at the leg and so close to toilet seat. Doesn't affect the functionality but it's blocking the leg when seated. Yellow light is comfy for sleeping and rest but if can be adjusted to brighter for work, then it'll be perfect. Other than that all good.

The check-in was delayed due to housekeeping, but other than that, everything in the room was well-provided, including the toilet, air-conditioner, and amenities such as toothbrush, towel, and drinking water. I had booked a river-facing room, although it's not exactly a direct river view; the room faces the hotel’s parking lot, with the river visible beyond that (attached the pic from my room). The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a satisfying selection of nasi lemak, char koew teow, bread, and porridge. Overall, no complaints, it was a good stay. The staff was also friendly.

The reception staff should be knowledgeable on the current activities in the city regards to tourism in the country. We askwd about the river cruise activity but the girl wasn't informed us that there is a schedule for cruising. We walk for about 1km to the cruise jetty but was closed. We called the number at the gate and there was a scheduled for tourist who want to cruise along the Kuantan River.. Sad and pity with such hotel around the city but the staff doesn't gather a the information that can be useful to tourist.

overall pleasant stay, appreciate Cik Tirah ( front desk reception ) for her warm hospitality on enquiries and soughting out our accomodation. For Housekeeping staff Enche Shukri, appreciation too, for warm hospitality....room was neat and tidy, air con was quiet and cool, comfy bed, strong wifi. Mini buffet breakfast was appetizing, though the fruit flavour juice drink was bland. Along the main one way street, has hipster eateries and local ones, weekend nite market and the mural art lane across the road. Complementary car park behind the hotel. Will consider staying here again.

Its in the city. A lot of choice for breakfast place. Right in front the building. Went to the pickers for my breakfast, walking distance. I book the cheap one so i guess is ok. If its just for u to sleep then its good value for money. But better take the one with view. Tl Tv channel is awesome. Just my luck i guess, everytime we in the room the good movie is playing

The smell of towel, the smell of the room. I dont know how to describe but just dont like it. Parking lot is at the back, its open space. We come back from site seeing later at night so its kind of scary. A lot of lamp and the brightness is good but still I carry piece of rock with me just in case.

Pigeon on windows and unhygienic due to pigeon nest over Airconditioner box out side window Filter of airconditioner was full of pigeon shit and feathers .... So airconditioner was giving bad smell due to pigeon nest over Airconditioner. I felt very uncomfortable I was not able to open windows bcoz of it. Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful food was also super good and centrally located location.

room value for money and great location in the kuantan city and easy to access. Nice food and great riverview at the roof top thus very friendly staff in the roof top restaurant.. regarding cleanliness overall good. Walking distance to Kuantan River park

Parking space not enough and no welcome drinks serve as stated, just not comfortable with guest bring kids, too noisy.. My opinion can put one notice in room to whom who bring kids please respect to other guest and make other guest comfortable..

I used to stay a lot here before adopting online booking. Fr single to family rooms - a convenient and comfortable quick stop for us in Kuantan. Appreciate the front desk staff for allocating the single river view room despite our late booking.. I like that the room is just the right size with everything handy, improved after their reno. And this time we finally made it to the top - and what a gem we found! We especially love the ambience of the roof top restaurant at night. The Kuantan View Tower, the boats over Kuantan River, and the full moon are all 'captured in our hands'. It really enhances our stay experience here. (Sorry, photos not included, you just have to experience it yourself!)

It would be better if the aircond is maintained more often during the hot season (when is it not in our country? :) It would be great if the rooftop restaurant is made easily accessible to all. Now patrons have to climb 1 floor up.
