Hotel was very clean and seemed recently renovated, bed was comfortable and everything in the room (air cond, shower, fan, TV) worked properly. TV had sports channels so was able to watch Premier League football. Location was good, close to three large malls and 10-15 mins walk from the city bus station, although not many budget eats available nearby. Bus 200 to Teluk Cempedak beach stops just around the corner and costs RM2 each way. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Hot and cold water available from dispensers on each floor.

There was a bit of confusion at check in, we got charged twice for the Tourist Tax as the hotel didn't realise that Booking.com had already included it in the price. It was sorted in the end but unnecessary extra hassle. Worth noting that the price shown in the app doesn't include RM3 per night Pahang State Tax which also needed to be paid on arrival. Room was a bit of an odd layout, there was hardly any space between the bed and desk, and they had tried to fit a chair in the space which made getting out of bed difficult for the person sleeping by the wall. We just put the chair in the corner of the room while we were there.

Bed was comfort enough. Counter services was good, friendly and helpful. Near with family mart, nippon sushi and viet restaurant. Also in walking distance to ECM and KCM.

Parking. A bit difficult to find parking near hotel. Air conditioner may need to upgrade since it take longer time to cool the room. Luckily it was raining before that.

Location is in between major shopping malls. Rm5-Rm9 Grab to Menara 188. A lot to see there.

Housekeeping did not wipe the table. I dropped some creamer. Even my used cups were not replaced/cleaned. Cupboard shelves and outside racks were not wiped. My clothes collected dust!!

It's location is close to my parent house and of course the malls are walking distance away.

Probably just the size of the room. A bit small to perform prayers esp for my wife. For me the mosque is just behind the hotel. So convenient.

This is our 2nd time staying here. We come back because of the location, cleanliness, lift, and for the room for 3. Our room was equipped with 6 wall sockets that make life easier for charging phones and all.

I think the price this time is a bit higher, and the availability of the parking spot was a bit challenging.

No coffee & tea maker INSIDE THE ROOM THOUGH IT IS STATED IN THE HOTEL DESCRIBTION IT IS AVIALBLE. So it is INCORRECT & BOOKING.COM should ask the managemnt to erase the untrue description detail. Only given 1 key card 👎

Very clean. There is tea/coffee in the room and a hot/cold water machine on the landing. Reception staff helpful and pleasant.

My room although comfortable did not have a window so no natural daylight.
