1. I keep coming back to stay here because the hotel rate is affordable (RM110 per night + RM3/per night tourist tax) and all bookings come with simple buffet breakfast (which is rare in Kuantan. Most of the time only 4 or 5 stars hotel provide complimentary breakfast). 2. Very close to the mosque, a walking distance to ECM, KCM and Megamall. 3. The hotel has its own cafe which opens till mid evening and there are other cafes and restaurants nearby. 4. The hotel dont provide free parking but if you check in during the evening of the weekdays there are plenty of MBK's paid parking in front of the hotel. Safe parking is important for a female solo traveler like me. 5. The hotel's crew are friendly and helpful (but please do not say kesian to your hotel guest just because i was alone during breakfast, thats plainly rude). 6. The room also has a kettle, cups and complimentary tea/coffee/sugar/creamer, as well as sejadah and the kiblat's arrow. 7. The queen size room fits me well and comfortable during my long stay for work. The cleaning crew kept the room and the bathroom clean daily, put on the new tissues and clean towels. Sometimes they remember to provide bottles of drinking water but sometimes they didnt.

1. My room's key card always expired and during my 4D3N stay, everyday i had to keep coming back to the reception to make the card usable again to open the room's door. 2. The paid parking near the hotel is always full during the daylight. 3. The hand-held shower in the bathroom keep falling off and hit me. It never fit well into its holder.

The location: walking distance to KCM + ECM + Megamall, Family Mart. Just besides Masjid Tepian Putra. The price: affordable, I paid 108 for two people in a room and inclusive of breakfast. The staff: The receptionists are polite.

The room is clean, but got old stains on the wall and the toilet's ceiling starting to develop fungus. Only 1 pillow per head, the pillow is quite thick and hard. The room is not that sound proof, sometimes you can hear other people coughing/sneezing from the other rooms. Interestingly they play some music at the lobby and hallway, but they let it play until 11+ PM and can be heard inside the room, so I think they should turn it off earlier maybe 8-9 PM so anyone who wants to sleep early can sleep peacefully.

This hotel offers excellent service. The check in and check out was smooth and hustle free. Its location across ECM is ideal for shoppers. It is also located near the mosque, we can perform our prayers there. The family room is spacious and comfortable, making it a good value for money. The room and bathroom are also clean with great housekeeping service. My family and I have left feeling happy and satisfied with our stay ☺️

Overall a positive experience, nothing to complain about 👍🏻

The spacious family room, space for solat, ample parking space, polite staff, they even called me to ask if I need fresh towels or additional mineral water or to top up the coffee tea facilities, good bfast although it was simple but it was tasty..walking distance to a nearby mall and few cafe/restaurant..all in all 👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The carpet in the room had a wet smell so we had to buy some air freshener. The bathroom floor was slimy because the water in the shower area will be stagnant (it becomes like a puddle), so when it dries off, it leaves the residue of soap & dirt. So the slimy floor was probably from the previous guest who stayed in that particular room and it was not clean properly.

1. Great location and price

1. Toilet will emit sewage smell from time to time. 2. Room with breakfast, but breakfast is very low standard. Choices you have for breakfast : rice with curry(tiny pieces of chicken), white bread + butter/kaya, cornflakes+ milk and kuih.

Best value for your money, hotel is in the middle of Kuantan town, with just 3min access to Kuantan Center Mall and Mosque.

We stayed in Family room, the wardrobe was blocking half of the aircond outlet, if they can relocate the air-conditioner, the room would be colder faster.

Location Very convenient . Opposite is a mosque... 👍 Mall ... 2 min walk. Restaurants / eateries ...... Lots of choice. Within Walking distance . Cleanliness - superb Easy and fast check-in - out. Value for money.

It just a simple bfast but should start early. 6.30am. For golfers like us we have to leave the hotel as early as possible in order to play golf at 7.45am

The front desk staff not pleasant and friendly

The size of the room. I bought 2 rooms (interconnected) for 4 people. It is really spacious! Clean! Smells really good. There's also kettle, glass, body shampoo, iron, air-conditioned, breakfast was delicious and tv in each room. The location also near with many mall! Muslim friendly and the price is the best I've got so far. I always travel with family to Kuantan. Many hotels I've stayed before. This is the best plus the price is really affordable. I stayed for 2 nights and everyday, there will be staff changing the towel, adding the coffee, tea and mineral water and clean the room too. Will repeat again for my next visit. The staff also really friendly. They aso provide coffee, tea, sugar n creamer. I like!

One thing is only about the iron. It's better to have iron in each room rather than outside of the room bcs for a muslim woman, need to cover aurah while ironing outside. But there's enough iron that we don't need to queue or wait for others. And maybe, if could, add a mini fridge for the family room. My room has a mini fridge but it's broken (my booking also didn't mention mini fridge btw). So, it's good.

Basing on observation and we did ask question to the staff ... the Staff that we met is unfriendly
