Location and bath towel is amazing! Bath towel was sooooo fluffy! I’ve been to other 5 stars hotels but this place is absolutely phenomenal. We got free upgrade 😍 they gave us Presidential suite!! So spacious and luxurious and I have no complaints at all. But if a real president would stay, maybe they’ll complaint about some mold on bathroom door. I don’t really mind for a 1 night stay.

The breakfast buffet can be improved. Another nearby hotel I’ve been to provided the pantai timur selection like nasi dagang, so it’ll be nice if the hotel could consider the pantai timur style breakfast menu in the spread

room is so nice, huge bathroom. i like surau provided where any workshop utilise that facility use that as part of their tentative.

i would like you to improve on service attendance during check in. You got quite steep stairs. please spare some staffs to help customers carrying their bags upstairs. alert more on those who needs some attention to climb the stairs. fitness centre opens at 8.00am, that's too inconvenience. i've been there at 8.05 still not open. it goes with pool. sauna and pool inside fitness centre is closed or what. please repair them. you mentioned leading muslim friendly hotel. unfortunately i didn't see quran in my room. please remove them (sticker ta your door) . far from what you claimed. parking lot is a lot of bumps.

I love the variety of the food offered during breakfast. I personally enjoy the nasi lemak, mee kari and kuah rojak buah! Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don’t remember his name, but he was an older gentleman who worked as the doorbell attendant. Room was spacious also.

The location of the hotel is right in town and you will never miss it because it can clearly be seen from far away. The room is so spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was so wonderfull with large array of choices. And the best is the chef was there to greet us when we walked in!💕

I wish the hotel could consider to upgrade the open space car park. Wish there were roof to shade the guests from rain and sun😬 Hope the hotel could consider to put better lighting there to as it was dark during the night.

1. Check-in process too slow. Eventhough there are many people queing but you can speedup the process actually 2. I chose 1 bed while making my selection in booking.com but the hotel gave me twin beds instead and the reason given it wasnt available. I didnt requested but I chose as there were options while making my reservation

I stayed here many years ago before they changed to new management. It is more comfortable now with the upgrade. Love their spacious room and comfortable mattress and pillows. Just next to a shopping mall and many shop-lots.

The size of the room (huge compared to Zenith Kuantan), location was central to everything in Kuantan. This is the old MS Garden Hotel (for those who know). The interior is well maintained and preserved.

The outside looks old (in the process of repainting the facade).

Room is big and spacious, Sahur food is good, Location is ok. Aircon in room is working fine.

toilet the tiles need improvement. Single bed is small. They should use Super Single better. Not enough power wall sockets. No tea bags. Only have coffee pkts. Wardrobe need to renovate. Room lights can be brighter.

The room is spacious and near the business and mall. The hotel personnel responded well upon request for assistance.

Menu for breakfast less attractive. The room housekeeping not properly done as found empty ciggarates boxes and foodpack inside the make-up drawer with bad smell. No iron board.

The room was spacious and clean. So was the bathroom. Amenities was adequate. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking was free and adequate. the food was good and lobby huge and clean. Good facilities for meetings and conferences.

The air-conditioning is centralised and was too cold. The water supply was only properly heated in the morning at 7 am and late afternoon. At night the water heater does not seem to heat properly.
