Always good place to stay if you are in Kuantan, since the property was close to nearby local attractions. The property was kept clean and welcoming. There was plenty parking space and gated which give you sence of security and peace of mind.

Sometimes the housekeeper didn’t perform the cleaning properly. There’s always tissues left on the floor especially if your room comes with sofa bed. The water pressure can be quite slow sometimes and the ceiling shower can be broken. The breakfast choice no so good and the cafe don’t open for at night for dinner if the guess number is low (i guess), and they always encourage you to order for in-room dining.

I was quite disappointed with the reception and customer service team. I had requested an early check-in and even called around 1.30 p.m. to check the possibility, but was still refused, despite the hotel not being busy. I had clearly mentioned in my booking to contact me, but no effort was made. I was travelling with my unwell two-year-old child and just needed a place to rest. This lack of consideration really let me down. It was my first stay here, and sadly, the customer service didn’t meet expectations.

rain shower was excellent. i personally prefer bathtub for quick spa as "home relaxation" remedy. breakfast food selection was kinda limited but still acceptable. for those who cerewet and only wants good food they will sure rate the breakfast as not good. cleanliness is excellent. no further comment on it.

limited parking. once you are out from basement parking, u can only tag your card and leave the premise. there's no way for me to drive to lobby to fetch other people. if parking is improved, i would select this hotel for company event.

My Eid stay in Kuantan was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in was quick, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, with good Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Breakfast was a nice mix of local options—nasi lemak and roti canai were definite highlights. Housekeeping was efficient, and the service throughout was great. The hotel’s location made it easy for us to visit family and friends in Kuantan. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider coming back.

Love the comfy bed, pillows, the room deco is modern, clean & neat.. Love the room fragrance surrounding each floor of the hotel building, very fast WIFI, adequate power sockets, good shower pressure, tasty breakfast but lack options

Basement parking doesn’t link with the lift to the lobby floor, the shower essentials by Mangosteen brand (soap, shampoo & conditioner) having weird fruity smell, breakfast lack options and kitchen staff late to refill empty dishes 😅 Other than that, I have a pleasant stay 👍🏼

Everything went smoothly. The front desk was helpful and attentive. Our room was kept clean and ordered. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. There was a good selection at the breakfast buffet. Sagir, a waiter at breakfast, made it a priority for all guests to feel at home. The pool was clean and big enough to swim some laps. There were always towels set out. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. Shopping malls are just a short Grab car ride away. There are a few self-serve coffee machines at breakfast and in the lobby area with cups and accessories laid out for guests to use at their convenience. Coffee is a personal thing. It was not to my taste.

The TV is a good size but it is not a smart TV. It would of been good if I could watch YouTube, Netflix or similar. I tried connecting my Chromecast but it wouldn't connect. I was able to connect my laptop to the HDMI port and watch some of these channels. This was a minor inconvenience.

Nice ambience, clean room and amazing service from reception, housekeeping, concierge and restaurant. Sagir from the coffee house where we had our breakfast was exceptionally responsive and passionate about his role. In a mere 30mins span I saw him gently helping a child onto a child's seat, proactively serving hot coffee to patrons, sweeping a particular area where something has dropped, explaining on the cuisines and cleaning the tables. All done with a big bright smile and contagious cheerfulness. A big pat on the back Sagir for going above and beyond. The level of personalised service from the staffs are almost as good as Park Hyatt Jakarta.Kudos!

The hotel located near to the town, yet provide cozy and quiet environment. Free parking is available at it's premises, just need to validate the Touch and Go card before go out from the hotel every time. The room is clean, bed and pillow is very comfortable, overall we are truly satisfy during our stay. High recommended !!

The shower area is a bit too small , nothing big deal about it. There is no convenient store within walking distance, so better buy all the needed things before back to the hotel

It’s convenient. There’s a Petronas petrol station opposite, with a Chinese food court nearby. The hotel is in town itself so going anywhere is near! Amazing staff and hospitality. They speak very good English too, for a small town!

The windows are mouldy. It could be a bit better if the management cleaned the windows to give it a better overall appearance to the hotel.

Its close to the main city center. Shopping mall just 10 mins away. Teluk Chempedak beach is 15 mins away. Near food eatery and definitely worth the trip to stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful

I encounter my shower tab is not working well. The house keeping should monitor before guests entering the room. Room is abit smaller but wasnt so bad comparing to other hotel
