The breakfast could have been better. Knowing the crowd during peak season and the hotel is fully booked and I stayed school holiday and long weekend, they should have prepared better for breakfast served in the morning. They didn't top up the milk, the food took awhile to be topped up. The soup wasn't hot enough. The food should be more variety and the quantity should be monitored closely.

Strategic location which is very near to the Kuantan city, with ample parking space. Quite comfortable hotel for leisure stay, spacious room area to stay with family members.

The AC looked malfunction and didn't cool down the room temperature fast enough, so you need to be patience first because later on, you're gonna froze in icy cold. Water pressure in the bathroom also not really satisfying enough especially the toilet bidet. Luckily, Water heater functioned well. Last one, the curtain in my room need to change too as the upper velcro at the curtain sides didn't adhere well.

The hotel is very comfortable and reasonably priced. The breakfast is also nice, and the staff is very friendly. Room service is excellent, and they clean your room when you put out the tag. In terms of location, it's in the heart of the city center, which is very convenient. Overall, considering the rates, it’s an enjoyable stay.

Well nothing worth highlighting.

Check in process smooth even though already late nights (almost 3 am actually). Facilities great but can be improved or at least maintained to what it is. HSM brings lot of memories to all of us, such a waste to let it go old and broke.

Breakfast choice. Not many choices available but understandable; walk in price for adult pun only costs you RM18. Cukup untuk alas your perut.

Staff was so kind and cheerful. I asked for room to be close together luckily we got it! Also the price is cheap for the room. It was spacious and cozy. We got the breakfast, all so delicious we taste a little bit of everything. Can't wait to come again. Thank you!!

The room was neat and clean. The water pressure was good. There were enough hangers in the wardrobe. The housekeeping lady was very helpful with our needs - fresh towels, coffee sachets and drinking water.

The receptionist was not particularly friendly. Our room was towards the end of the corridor and we could not get the wifi signal. The white sheet should be below the blanket, but it was the other way round 😄

everything about the room already meet my expectation. what you expect if you pay cheaper. my room include breakfast which is good. near restaurant also.

Toilet room not really friendly for disabled person. With just 2 small round pieces of soap for a family room and 1 tiny bottle of shampoo.

Good environment and near to attraction area.

The hotel should provide dobi or washing machine to clean the clothes.

The Family room quite spacious and have space for solat and side table with chairs. The sheets are new and clean. The bedroom doesn't smell musky, fairly clean and equipped with iron board.

The fridge not really cold. Toilet satisfactory.
