Fully stocked coffee/tea in the kitchen. Central to all area within the city, few blocks away to Bus Terminal. Helpful staff at the counter. Picked up the room. Got both wall fan and an aircond. Locker and comfy bed. Fresh towel and bed linen. Best bang for your buck.
Bathroom is not in a very good condition, but acceptable. Wifi not very strong near where I stayed and disconnects most of the time during the day.

cheap and cheerful, definitely don't expect luxury but we slept well and there was plenty space to sit, free coffee, really close to bus station/food/shops, helpful staff. Great value for cheap.
beds were a bit grimy, one set of plugs for the entire dorm, bunks were squeaky, bathrooms/kitchen not the cleanest, but honestly didn't bother us too much.

Great location and friendly informative staff. I came down with delhi belly and was able to extend till I recovered. Gave me bus info about moving on to next destination. 7/11 close by with ATMs and food outlet nearby too.
No power sockets at bunks or lighting.. faculties a bit run down but you get what you pay for and worth every penny. If you are looking for the Ritz then this ain't for you but if you are backpacking on a budget then no complaints.. noisy road outside with sports cars at night and birds roosting for night but it's a busy main road through the city.

I like that it has lots of facilities such as iron , kitchen , water heater and many more . It really felt like i was staying with my family during my stays there . It really is a good choices for solo travellers since it offers cheaper price . surely will comeback soon

Near the town easy to find location. Receptionist was helpful nd kind. Complete facility and just nice for solo traveller that need to stay 1-2 days.
I think all is fine except for the plug in room was far too high, cannot charged my phone.

the receptionists were friendly and helpful, they helped me a lot during my stay. the facilities are okay-ish since you cant really complain much for the price you paid. ahahaha. overall the room is very nice, spacious and comfy. 110% will repeat again if i ever come to kuantan in the future.

Location is nearby restaurants, grocery stores, wet market and banks. Air conditioning fully equipped. TV and pantry is nice. Bunk bed is clean. Hot shower and locker is provided.
Water pressure is got problems. If others restroom use water, others is no. There's clogged at bathroom. Some water leaking found at bed room.
