This time.... Stay at room no. 217 got air conditioning problems... 1)Can't set to cooler room temperature even already set to higher settings... 2)Waste water dropped from AC indoors unit. Need to do servicing to the AC unit to confy next incoming customers ...

Very strategic in the heart of Kuantan. Walking distance to many attractions - padang MBK/Masjid Negeri, Kula Cakes, Art Street, Esplanade, etc. We love it so much for that. Across/beside the hotel is a food court - offered so many choices. Parking provided for the guest infront of hotels' lobby. Lift, iron, iron board, fridge were excellent facilities provided by the hotel. 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 For my case, the staffs were helpful regarding my booking problem - prompt and quick action. Very thankful

The housekeeping staff was so polite n friendly. The location was great . just beside the malay food court. the satay was yummy.. No complaints about the room. it was super awesome n value the money. Parking space was also available n free for the hotel guests.

The room was not soundproof. though i stay level 3 but the noise from the food stall beside the hotel really irritated. The noise from the shop can hear till 3am (they were laughing, chatting in a loud voice n also still set up n drilling the stall. So i didn’t get good sleep for the 2 nights i stay at the hotel.

Front desk staff is friendly. The triple room is spacious with window, clean and tidy, bed is comfort, attached with dry and wet separated bathroom, water heater works well, towel, hairdryer, kettle also provided. Designated free parking space for room guest, convenient location, few mins walk to the art street and Kuantan esplanade.

Room soundproofing a bit weak but you get what you paid, however the sound pollution not so bad. The inside wardrobe is dirty with stain, should have change it.

Clean, comfort, quiet location and view

First night check-in had my laptop on and place on table under aircond. Next morning woke-up aircond leaking and laptop exposed to aircond leakage that resulted my laptop damaged. Not to blame management as this is an unpredictable and unforeseen incident. Management has done great job with immediate resolution to repair leaking aircond.

all of the things here is in my expectation because I always book this hotel whenever I need to do outstation at Kuantan. But need to book earlier if you want a good room, if not the room will not available. this is my 4 times staying here. Always the best.

the Wi-Fi, a bit sad about it, but because we can watch the tv and do work outside of the hotel, so the Wi-Fi is not our top priority when stay there so it's not a big issue for us, but if we need to work and use the Wi-Fi, that the only problem occurs.

I traveled with my 2 sisters and their family, there are 6 of us. We booked 2 rooms and we arrived quite late. But the front desk staff and the cleaning lady are really helpful. The good thing is there is an eating place like a food court just outside the hotel. It helps when we are just too tired after touring Kuantan during the day that we have the option to just have our dinner outside the hotel. It was my first time in Kuantan, but if you are staying here, you can go to places by using Grab, or if you are fit, most places are within walking distance actually.

Don't expect it to be like a 5 stars hotel, but the place is quite good if you are traveling on a budget. Since I traveled in January, it was the peak of the wet season which is common in Kuantan, so I cannot travel around on foot much, but Grab is available so no worries.

strategic location, food stalls within walking distance within a minute. Easy to park a car in fencing area and safety. Walking distance to Kuantan Tower and town council park. Good front counter service. Water dispenser ready at lobby area.

to improve sound proof of hotel. The guests able to hear anyone talking on walkway and a bit disturbance also with the door closure sound.

1. Fast check-in service. 2. Great staff. 3. Convenience parking space even though the hotel located at the end of a shoplot. (But limited) 4. Clean. 5. Variety of dining spot few steps away from hotel. 6. Spacious bathroom.

1. Limited parking spot during night time. 2. Recommend to use soft smell fragrance for the hallway. 3. Upgrade or maintenance needed in some area such as wardrobe, room floor, etc..

Rooms are clean. Cudos to the HSKP Team. Well done. We slept comfortably. Bathroom spacious. Might want to consider to lock the window as it is dangerous for families with kids

The reception staff is not flexible. They are very stand firm on strictly 3 pm check in. Can imagine how they handle the check in crowd exactly at 3 pm especially the small lobby and two hotel check in counter. Need to improve on how to manage this.
