The room was nice, clean & comforting. Also big, i like. The location is very strategic, surrounded with lots of shops & walking distance to pasar mlm/pasar pg. Very convenient.

The tv was unclear & its making extra noises. U shld add more channels too. Breakfast was ok, it could be better if u could add in half boiled eggs & juices (not cordial). Maybe add pastries too. Toaster should be more than 1, its taking time by having 1 toaster. Or u shld have a bigger toaster. Preference : nasi lemak rather than nasi minyak. The carbonara sauce shld be thicker. There was an unpleasant smell when we 1st enter the room, am not sure what it was but it went away after abt 10 mins. U shld definitely check it.

My event was close by so it was very convenient. The area also has so so so many food places and various places to buy all sorts of things, not just mydin but other stores too, not to mention 24-hour shops. The hotel was also very accommodating to my needs being in a wheelchair, all places in the room and elsewhere in the hotel were wheelchair friendly, even outside in the front walkway. At breakfast, even the tables and chairs were arranged so that there is enough space in between for wheelchairs to go through. It is so amazing! While the slopes outside the hotel had to be steeper to accommodate the limited space for parking, it was still do-able once I get out of my wheelchair and my husband wheeled the wheelchair without me down the incline. In the room, all chairs were comfortable, the bed was too and there were 4 pillows. Many hotels just give two. There was sufficient number of power outlets for my charging needs and my laptop, all situated conveniently. I like that we have a fridge, and a sufficiency of space so that I can move in my wheelchair even in my room.

its not that I don't like it, its just that there were no waist-high gripping place around the WC in the bathroom. Having it would make things easier for wheelchair bound or those with difficulty getting up from a sitting position.

Spacious room for a family of four. Me, my brother in a single bed along with our parents in a Queen Bed. Sometimes it feels a bit too spacious because no furniture installed, only the basics like beds and side table. But overall it's good and comfortable.

Should put at least a two seater and a small coffee table since this is a family room, as you've expected, we have so many things to place and it's not nice to put things on the floor.

price, quality, clean, comes with breakfast, the politeness of staff, location near to mydin, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, 7 eleven, ample parking lots, a working tv, the equipped room facilities (iron,fridge,air-cond,amenities, bed, coffee tea n accessories, ) room is big and good flooring. Great improvement at the front desk.. breakfast main dish improved in taste but i think its time to change the recipe of spaghetti, soup noodle recipe. maintaining the menu is alright but the taste is somewhat not.

can hear people moving or the toilet door squeeking from next rooms or above. Kind of scary if you are awake at middle of night and hearing this if you are not familiar with the sound. it is not haunted but gv you suspense. 😅 been staying here as my travel accomodations checkpoint whenever i'm in kuantan. its time to replace the towels. maybe a new smell of bath and shampoo too. ( lemongrass smell would be nice😊)

1. Key provided only one...hard to manage if you come with family and some of you need to go out while some are still sleeping 2. I think deposit required is bothersome...as you have to prepare some cash while check-in, please re-think as this hotel has stars rating not some cheap hotels outside 3. Not enough lighting in room

The location of it is in the middle of Kuantan. Easy to reach UTC, would recommend going during the weekend. but the room is not sound proof enough, so you can literally hear all the car noises.

The parking. The breakfast are not variety enough. Also since there are renovation at the moment, we believe the builders are smoking which cause our toilet to have the smell of cigarettes.

The room is big. The toilet is clean. The breakfast buffet is good. The lobby is big.

I don't mind the wardrobe is in the toilet, but the freezer is also in there?

My room is spacious and clean.love it. worth every penny because it was included with breakfast.the staffs were great too. They also have their own parking area in the building and near to the lift. Overall,very convenient.

The only problem is the area is congested with vehicles during the day and the road will be clear at night. That's the only problem

The room is very spacious. Also, both me and my husband are bikers and we are so happy that the hotel provides parking lots inside the hotel. We dont have to worry about the safety of our bikes while staying there

The breakfast choice is limited.. even there was no chicken provided for nasi lemak or rice porridge. Only fried egg and sausage. There was no half boiled egg either.

Good value for money, the room was spacious, large & comfortable.. The room was clean & tidy.. Large space make us easy to serve prayer with 3 or 4 people in one time.. Bathroom also clean & large.. They also prepare iron & ironboard & tv in the room.. Breakfast makes my tummy is very full with various menus.. They also served english breakfast.. Yummy..

Overall is okay only the fridge maybe u can place in the main room rather than wardrobe space in toilet..
