Parking is not enough for the hotel guests.

Spacious & clean room. Friendly & helpful staff.

I think the mattress need to be replaced already. Not comfortable and my husband and I had sleepless night. Aircond not cold too. Others ok... The bed was so much better those days. I need to cross the bridge on the 3rd floor to go to my room which is almost at the end of that floor. Walking quite a distance is a problem to me due to my knee problem and normally I request for room close to the lift but this time the booking was made last minute. Overall still ok

The hotel was a 2-renovated 2-storey houses, in a residential area, by the main road and close to the shophouses. It is a less busy area. Parking are available in the porch of the place, although limited, but convenient if you get it. The place was very clean, minimal but functional. Bathroom was spacious so as the quad room, with window towards the porch. Key access at the main entrance make it feel secure. This place is a value for money if you don't plan stay in the hotel long, or just come back to freshen up or sleep.

The quad room has only one small table and one night stand by the bed, only 1 toilet roll provided in the room, not even for the bathroom. Cupboards with very few hangers.

I like the room because it is clean with good amenities. The location is also strategic so it is easy to buy food and travel to other nerby tourist attraction like Lumut for seafood, Teluk Batik for good beach etc.

The food for breakfast need to top up quickly because i saw many customer are waiting for it.

breakfast not so good some more some are salty.first staff at the restaurant, bump into my chair and not apologise at all.second staff at the restaurant accidentally fall the spoon and fork into my hand and then also not apologise. very weird attitude . i hope you can improve the services.

I love the environment, all clean n neat.

The first room they given us is quite problematic, no use of the key card, door and electricity can be opened without using keycard, , room 275 i guess, we requested to change room after that, wrry on our safety and privacy. Room changed, and all good again.

1) Perfect location, close to everything. 2) Abundant parking. 3) Clean and good value for money.

1) City council really checks for parking violation on daily bssis. But the parking fee is very cheap though.

The hotel is good and the front office is very good and excellent.. Bravo to them

Dear manager, I'm really disappointed with you.. been a few times and my favourite place to come here.. but you did a new policy which is not beneficial to your loyal customer.. sorry I might be harsh but you still maintain your new policy, you might lose a lot of guests in future..

Value for money.. breakfast ok, very big gym room, staff friendly and near other facilities..

Maybe only my room aircond not too cold even i adjust till 16deg like 26deg but still can sleep.

Room was spacious, clean, the matress & pillows are comfortable enough. Shower - water pressure was strong. Breakfast was good- a lot of variaties.

TV nor clear/sharp...shaky.
