location is excellent - on the beach with their sea-facing rooms with wonderful views. Nice size room and good facilities . Food menu was limited but the dishes were well prepared and tasty. Internet very fast !!! It was largely quiet and relaxing although on my last day the hotel was fully booked and subsequently became quite noisy lol.

toilet was prone to blocking but they fixed it promptly

Very friendly staff. The food was very tasty. Well done Chef. Organized a transfer for me. Booked a boat tour to Redang for me. Fantastic pool. Great location the middle of nowhere so very relaxing.

No alcohol. The pictures are more glossy than the resort itself. The “resort” is dated but very local. Would I stay here again? Yes. Definitely.

The infinite Pool is wonderful. An amazing sea view from the room. Experienced Sun rising from the room. check-in was very fast and helpful reception. Not much verities for breakfast buffet, but food was delicious.

Time to renovate the rooms. The toilet flush was not working properly, I fixed it myself.

Beautiful Seaview. Comfort situation and location. Staff for room service was very nice.

The price for the seaview room not too valuable for your money. Floor was very cold and uncomfortable for kids especially. The furniture was so old and room decoration was bored. As for Muslim, clean, hygiene and narrow space when doing prayer on the floor was very disappointed.

The view is nice. Price is still reasonable, breakfast got at least basic menu

Old furniture and toilet, but still clean. I think the hotel should have start makeover. Phone line was down, only know after check in. Away from groceries store, so better find all u need, include food before coming

Near to the beach.

The phone line was malfunctioned. However, when contacted the staff through WA, the staff does not reply and picked up the phone. Plus, time taken for the restaurant to prepare the food (dinner) was so long.

A little bid comment for future improment. wifi LED need to relocate since blinking light from LED interrupting sleeping mode. Service Manager Plsssss consider my suggestion. You can hv your own oberservation to justify my statement.

THE STAFF ARE VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY ESPECIALLY THE STAFF FROM THE F&B DEPARTMENT. CAN PROVIDE THE HELP WITH PROFESSIONAL

THE ROOM A BIT DUSTY BUT ITS TURN GOOD AT SECOND DAY AFTER THE DAILY HOUSEKEEPING DONE.
